@@Awesomefood4u hello! He’s doing well. The doctor said his heart was a disaster but this procedure saved his life. He has a triple hi pass 15 years ago and everything was blocked. He was 100% blocked in the bipass and then 50% in the others.. so.. yeah. He almost died she said. He didn’t have any complications which is a miracle! Thank you Jesus! He’s gotta change his entire lifestyle. Food and diet. He’s doing well so far and is at home. He walked 2 miles today and is eating healthy so far. I’m glad he is changing. It’s a forever thing for him, so just be patient and loving with your mom and see if you can change your lifestyle with her to help her cope if she needs that. I’m on WW so I’m encouraging him to do it too! It’s easier to do it together. I got my mom on it too! I’ve lost 80lbs and my mom has lost 35! If you’re interested for her, it’s worth it!!! www.weightwatchers.com/us/checkout/iaf/?iaftoken=409AD28C00
If you would be so kind as to answer a quick question.... is there an anesthesiologist in the surgical suite to provide the sedation during cardiac catheterization?
You shouldn't be getting any anesthesia other than local or nerve blocks. General Anesthesia is too dangerous for this kinda procedure, especially on a stressed heart. If you are nervous, they can give you medication to help with the stress but avoid versed, which can cause memory loss.
Yes I’m watching this cause I will be getting this done next week , prior to getting an open heart surgery to replace aortic valve , but just wondering why they sent me to do this before the real surgery
Well already had done this surgery,!took 9!hours but I’m alive this was a second time aortic valve replacement, I’m very grateful with God!! I am blessed!!!
My sister is going to have this procedure next week before heart transplant.she had this procedure earlier but again have to do this...let god gave her courage and a good health.praying for my sister's health❤❤❤❤❤❤I love u sis
What does it mean when is says “sedation”. Cause I can’t. I can’t see the equipment or hear stuff or I’m flat into a panic attack. Doesn’t mean asleep ? Or like a xanex ?😮

@@Awesomefood4uhow did it go for your mom?
I literally just had this done last Tuesday. It was a false positive, thank God. The worst part is laying in the bed after surgery for 4 to 6 hours.
I got to get that Friday. Assuming I don’t need a stent. How long does the whole process take until I am out of there?

I have known people that have had this done, and now have 40 to 60 bpm instead of 180 bpm!
