Had many fascinating conversations with him, and we each shared our views honestly and respectfully while agreeing to disagree. He did appreciate my support of justice for Palestinians, which way back when the internet was just taking off. I cut my teeth on learning from the best truth-tellers of Palestinian history. When Zionists would object to my Palestinian/Arab/Muslims sources as too biased, ignored and/or denied the things Zionist Jews had stated (even before the creation of Israel), I researched Jewish anti-Zionist voices. Developed a email friendship with Norman Finkelstein, as well as a surviving officer of the USS Liberty. Finkelstein was dismissed as a self-hating Jew despite him backing up his assertions (or actually because of it), and the Liberty officer was dismissed as a liar and anti-Semite.
People like me are the reason why Zio-shills like Bill Maher ("Get over it macht frei") do not host guests who know what they're talking about with regard to Palestine. Because their lies would be laid bare. I know that because I learned from the best. They know that because they've tried to ignore and besmirch them from the very beginning.
The only reason apartheid mouthpiece Alan Dershowitz faced off with Dr. Norman Finkelstein is because he was trying to do post Oct 7 damage control. Prior to that he claimed he would never debate Finkelstein because he was an "anti-Semitic liar." Finkelstein ran rings around Dersh in his delightfully calm Finkelstein style. He spits fire and brings receipts, but does so in a reserved and scholarly manner (some say too dry but I think Norm needs to keep being Norm. Nothing wrong with that).
I was the staff atheist advisor to a student group at my university. I tried to get the other religious groups to sponsor a debate with Dr, Finkelstein. They declined saying he was a nut job. When another group finally succeeded in bringing him the campus, these same groups demanded they be included on a panel discussion instead of Dr. Finkelstein being allowed to give a lecture. The sponsors declined, so they missed a chance for the very thing I had offered they take part in years before. As those here are well aware of, Zionist power comes from controlling the narrative. That power is breaking down which is why they're now in panic mode.

I watched a scene from a TV show the other day. In it was a prisoner who had committed terrible crimes and the implication was that this person had suffered abuse himself. And I had been thinking about how the Palestinians havesuffered under the Is Not Real occupation and yet have remained steadfast and have not stooped to their depravity. Shias believe Imam Mehdi is the current (12th) Imam and he is in occultation.
Sunnis believe Imam Mehdi is not in occultation and may not even be born yet.
Either way both Shias and Sunnis are awaiting for imam Mehdi’s Imamate to be established in this world and both Shias and Sunnis believe he is chosen by Allah SWT.
