Ingredients: 1 big radish 20g salt (cut radish into thin slices and then into strips, add in salt to rest) Parsley, chives and ginger (wash and chop into small particles) 10g dried baby shrimp (wash and chop into small particles) 10g white sesame (fried) 10g castor sugar 10g mixed spices (13 types of spices) can substitute with five spice powder) 30g (1 piece of harden tofu) 20g all-purpose flour 20g corn flour (Mixed together) 1 Tablespoon fragrance oil or sesame oil 1 egg Vegetable oil for frying Method: 1. Squeeze out the salt water from the radish and chop into small particles 2. Add in all the ingredients and mix well, if batter still sticky and soft can add in some flour. 3. Hit and punch the dough batter few times to stabilize it 4. Heat pan and pour in vegetable oil, heat till oil is ready for frying 5. Use your hands to pinch into balls and fry under low fire 6. Fry till golden brown on both sides 7. Can store the fried radish balls in the freezer if you are unable to finish all. Hope the above is helpful for those interested to try this recipe.
