Thank you very much for sharing this. They have a stlyle, a sound like no other. By the time "Sweetest Illusion" was born, their harmonies, intense, varied, and such intricate layers were shear perfection - just genius! They've always recieved great reviews, but they really deserve to be appreciated by larger audieces. They write, produce arrange and perform intelligent music so beautifully.! Meanwhile we have talentless Britney, J.Low, Cher???, (the list goes on), all still lip syncing w/ 20 dancers and pyrotechnics blowing up aroind them, (only to distract from their inability to really sing). And yet these talentless performers still draw large Vegas crowds? Basia and Matt Bianco are really gifted singer/songwriters. The best! So underrated. I hope they keep recording, whenever they feel like it, and of course, still perforn live on occasion. Thanks again for sharing this video.
The list doesn't stop with just Basia, either. I've only just this year learned of a wonderful vocalist with the band Workshy. Corrine Drewery of Swing Out Sister doesn't get shown a lot, either. Instead I get those 'others' shoved in my ears. That's why I'm grateful for these comments, so I can learn about wonderful singers like Basia!
