Metro Nightclub Opening Part 1 of 3

The Melbourne Metro Nightclub opened in November 1987. The biggest nightclub in the Southern Hemisphere, the Metro opened with a live broadcast from Network Ten's TV show NightLife, hosted by Ian "Molly" Meldrum and Ollie Martin.

Some fantastic nights at The Metro between 1988 and 1990. I once blagged my way in to see ICE-T, in 1989. I saw Molly Meldrum in there watching.
