I’ve had reflexology, it was amazing, very painful. One of the most best decisions I made. I had surgery that was unnecessary which I found out later on. I’ve been living with constant foot pain, barely able to walk. One treatment for the first time in years I walked without pain for entire month.
I haven’t had it done in a while. I’m in the states it’s very expensive. If you can get it done. My feet may have felt great but so did everything else.
