I'm looking for more information on these because I hear now several sounds more and more clearly, im practicing kriya yoga. I would like to know what these sounds correspond to but I can't find any information about them. Can you recommend one of your videos that talks about it, or external resources/books? In Zen would you say they focus just on the Shiva element - is this only half of reality? You might say they ignore Shakti as a distraction. This would mean the Shiva force is the root principle and Shakti an emanation. I am wondering if Shiva is anything without Shakti and Shakti anything without Shiva, i.e. on their own they are meaningless/pointless. The duality/dance IS the whole. I also believe many Hindus think of Shiva as Shiva-Shakti - a dual principle/God and not reducible.
I am god who split myself to forget myself to have a conversation with myself oneness can be very lonely and boring it would be nice to have a conversation but there’s only you so you have to divide yourself multiply yourself to have many gods to create realities to play in to make love in so in reality God is sitting around playing with himself or herself which ever you choose

Also, what are your thoughts on ppl of influence like Shri M saying that awakening the Kundalini without proper guidance from [your] guru is dangerous bc if and when things go wrong you’ll need them to help steer you? Before I heard him say that, I’ve read in comments of some ppl describing “losing their mind” bc the energy was so intense. I personally don’t think [I] would lose my mind, rather gain it back lol.
A teacher helps guide you to awakening your own guru for sure and yes the energy can be intense but if you do it step by step from the Muladhara, she will wake up lovingly for you. She is the Divine Mother, how can she cause you anything but joy and bliss.

That would then be the degenerate pseudo-tantra that real masters rightly ridicule and leads deeper into samsara.
