Eventually, if you hold any property long enough it generally goes up. We have a lot of inventory right now, so it may be awhile. But ultimately I think that that area will have a mini boom after it fills in more.

I have a property I bought in punta gourda, it’s like south close to cape/n fort Myers. Do you think the value will jump more?
