Hashtag United are a one-of-a-kind football and esports club, based in Essex, England. Formed in 2016 by Spencer Owen as a group of mates playing exhibition games, we now play in the 7th tier of English football, the Isthmian League Premier Division. We won our league in our first season in non-league football and were looking good for a second promotion when the 2019/20 season was voided, but after the 2020/21 season went the same way with us top of the Essex Senior League, we were eventually awarded promotion based on PPG over the two part seasons. In 2023 we won the Isthmian League North and will now play in the Isthmian Premier!
We merged with AFC Basildon Women in summer 2020 and formed our women's team, Hashtag United FC Women, who play in the 3rd tier of women's football, the FA Women's National League Southern Premier Division, after they also won their league in 2023. We also now have 40+ youth teams, reserve and development teams, an inclusive team and a walking football team...plus our esports team who play FIFA at the world's highest level. Higgins is the type of player we've sorely missed the past few seasons, hold up play in the pockets is immense

Could we have the line-ups of the opposition as well? There are often some big names still floating about at Step 3 and would be interesting to see who the tags are actually coming up against each week.

Higgins and Luke up top could be a deadly strike partnership. Higgins dropping into the pockets while Luke runs in behind and presses.
Melvin Minter is a rising ballers original. Surprised to see him playing at this level in the pyramid
Never really did much with Harrogate and no one lower really took the chance till Brentwood
He’s incredible best keeper in our league and he’s on really good money he only conceded 33 times last season which is the least in the league
This guy Alex bolovan is a great find, he’s the type of player that can win you games while going unnoticed, a diamond of a player to have in the squad, you need the big hitters as much as you need the culture he brings to the game
That left back looks quality I think he would he a very good singing for the tags
Center back for Brentwood Town (#5) looks like a proper pick up. Seems to have a knack for defensive positioning that can't be taught.
He’s only 17 and it’s his first start for Brentwood and he got out player of the match as a youth player

Its been said but Higgins is a class act. He plays simply and is effective. He wouldnt have to leave the centre circle but could completely dictate the play. Excited to see how this progresses!🎉
Higgs is going to be a top player for us, his calmness on and off of the ball is what we need, harry is just improving every time he plays, he is a fun player to watch
