If you look at the bottom row of the unexplored adventures maps, you will find a level named "GO". That's a start line clipped into the finish line. As soon as the round starts it will end immediately and you can repeat. After you've done that for a couple of rounds, play any normal show and get eliminated first round(you can play it out too if you want). When you check your reward screen afterwards you will notice a TON of fame gain.

At 2:24, there is a shortcut where you can actually run up and off the side of the ramp and drop down a few levels, which can cut off 5-10 seconds! Hope this helps!

I almost exclusively play undiscovered adventures now, not liking the sbmm, but i dont mind long waits at the end of levels. Also obligatory awkward comment for the algorithm as always

I also hate those levels in which you can be cruising it in pole position 90% of the race but you lose all of your advance because of some randomness at the end.
