Very interesting . Owned by a German . I do not have dual citizenship and the lot is over 1k m2. How far is the walk to the beach ?

Wow ! A small sari sari store is gravy . Honestly , it’s just that you have to pay all cash but I really like the property.

NO BEACH FRONT ?
It overlooks the sea and island in front of the beach and it is 2 minutes away from the beach. 🙂
The yellow paint is such a turned off ,90's vibe..
So what do you suggest? It is a matter of taste.
Warm greige, cozy whites,cool blues,Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore ..Also the lettering outside the wall about 90's something too graphic those should be painted over,it's not a bar or restaurant ,clean means calm, peace ,therapeutic just a suggestion(sorry I think the 90's words was in other open house..wasn't this place I think but the color of paint was
