...or any kind of SVG export/ edit for cutting or lasering where you just need one outline vector shape. I had a few questions about strokes and outlines, so I tried to make some sense of it.
Inkscape newbie here. I am absolutely blown away by the quality of your work. Congratulations. Keep up the excellent work. A couple of minor quibbles: Please consider using light mode when doing videos. As a nubie, I find it very difficult to follow the black curser on the dark background. Also, a red or orange highlight halo around the curser would be helpful. The narration is very jerky. I'm guessing you are a one-man show and are doing three or four things at once, which is impressive, but it degrades the quality of the video. Your designs are incredibly good - the best I've ever seen on the web. This is exactly the kind of work that I want to learn how to do. I'm a big fan of your work.
I am a one man show and I am a 56 year old [retired] artist with a progressive neural muscular disease - not a young youtuber, not a hip influencer, not a professional video editor, or a eloquent voice actor. The editing of the videos is time consuming and narration is far from perfect but the best I can do [working from my small office the setup is not ideal]. I try and make video tutorials on the creative use of the tools I work with - there enough technical 'click here and then there to get this' videos out there. I am not going to add to those... but do what I can do while having fun with it. If it's not the standard you want/ need/ expect, choose another channel. I will continue doing things my way - as I do them for fun!
path effects turn nukes in your hands! pure joy to watch and learn.
Thanks... I love the Path Effects - nearly as much as I love Boolean operations ;)
very good for some kind of game art.
Thank you.
Good weekend 🖖
