Java8 | 43 | One more problem statement | Intro to Streams API

When you want to fetch a record from a database table, would you be writing a complex logic? No.
You will simply write an SQL query. For example, Select * from Mobile order by price desc.
This query is going to return us the mobile phones sorted by the price high to low.
Isn't this easier? Remember how we struggled to write a lot of code using Java7 to sort and retrieve the results. Wouldn't it be cool if we had something similar in Java as well? Yes, we have this cool stuff in Java as well and that is called Streams API. Let's learn more about it in the upcoming videos.
