Ruidoso is a beautiful area, even though they have suffered several forest fires over the last few years. This park is nice as well but no it isn’t a state park. Yes, we stay at state parks quite often and have done several videos on them. We have the pass as well and really enjoy using it. Currently several state parks are closed due to all the fires NM has been suffering this year, mostly up north so just be aware. Take care guys!!

Ironically, just tonight I was checking prices on that and other RV parks in the area.
We were there a couple years ago of course, so I am sure prices have gone up. But hopefully you did find something. Happy Travels!
