Christchurch is cheaper than Auckland. I would say $330,000 - $390,000 NZD.

It’s not cheap in all around New Zealand if you want to buy a brand new house. Also there is not much difference between Christchurch and Auckland prices. Please do a research of house price then you can get a better idea. Hope this helps you 😊

Yes it’s in November 2023. It took 8months to build the house. However the time is depends on the different builders. Hope this information helps 😊
