I really enjoyed this book and was so invested that the length of the book wasn’t obvious while reading because of how invested I was. My jaw literally dropped a few times in this book! Those baby newborn diapers are the cutest diapers I’ve ever seen that aren’t cloth!

I’ve been making a brown sugar shaken espresso at home with my Nespresso and it tastes better than the one at Starbucks! And saves money of course! You can make a brown sugar simple syrup. Use a shaker with ice, cinnamon, some brown sugar simple syrup, and shake. Then, pour it in a cup and put your oat milk on the top. You can also make sweet cold foam with your frother. Also-I use the double espresso chairo pod for my espresso. 😊

I had high blood pressure too. I had a very cute substitute Dr. Who put me in the hospital for high bp but when the nurse took it, it was normal lol. I did end up being induced tho later. If I'd known about keto then, I would have ditched some carbs. Best of luck. You're almost there!
We are watching it closely since I did some blood work and don't have Pre-e and don't have any of the symptoms. My blood pressure seems to fluctuate, so at least it isn't staying high. I'm doing the Brewers Diet which is high protein to keep it in check.
