the north america/europe/australia releases of this game have a different progression of notes (at 0:03 - 0:22) from the japanese release (ua-cam.com/video/VkQqQgGnkk8/v-deo.html, 4:21 timestamp if the link doesnt take you), and it catches you off guard pretty good, very weird hearing it. i thought it was a consequence of me emulating (aka pirating) the game the first time i heard it, but the jp release is just like that for some reason (or rather, that jingle got changed in the other releases for some reason)
It's another weird, random, and unnecessary change like how they turned Dream Team and Paper Jam into Dream Team Bros and Paper Jam Bros for no reason in Europe.

the english release sounds so much better. The JP version is weirdly jumpy. Glad it was changed
