Amazing finishes! Your framing looks great! It's so awesome that you're getting your finishes up on your walls. I love the act of stitching, but seeing my finishes every day makes it that much more rewarding. I love the diversity of your projects. Can't wait for your WIP parade!
I truly look forward to watching all of your videos and this one is no exception! Parade season is my favorite and all of your pieces are so so lovely. I also had 25 finishes this year!
The supernatural frame is perfect for that finish! Good for you for finishing a full coverage piece you didn't love and gift it! I'm that kind of stitcher too... I like to finish stuff but doesn't mean I'll keep it!
Thank you for such a fun and inspiring finish parade! Cannot wait for the WIP parade and to see what 2024 brings! 💜 And since I can't pass a stitching statistic question... this year I finished 30 projects: 2 were started in 2021, 6 were started in 2022, and 22 were started in 2023. There were also 6 UFO's (2 got restarted). Total number of stitches on the finished projects in 2023 was 34,010, ranging from 4 to 3,916 stitches per project. 💃🏽
Thanks for the trip down memory lane - so many amazing finishes! I finished 17 pieces this year which is the most I've ever done! I just love stitching so I don't really worry about numbers - it just makes me happy.
That black frame is gorgeous! Congrats on all your finishes. Thanks for sharing your stitchy journey with us! Looks like I finished 13, counting some collections as 1. Finished my 1st Longdog, so that felt amazing. Looking forward to your wip parade! 🧵🪡😊
I had 12 finishes this year, I was very much into starting all the things. Im very intimidated by finishing big projects in frames, I think you did a great job!
Wow you finished heaps! So impressed! I finished three decent size pieces, most of which were started in 2023 as well. One was late 2022 and actually still needs backstitch but I’m not loving that. Hoping for a few more this year but we will see lol - take care, Nic x
Awesome parade! Love the supernaturals & that frame! I finished 22 items this year plus completed 15 pages on full coverage projects, including a HAED finish! It’s been a great stitching year.
My fave of your frames are the black frame (love the details) and the 1905 bird. They are fantastic. Love seeing all your amazing stitching! So quirky and so you! Had to go through my planner - I had 24 finishes. 3 of which were big patterns. My faves were the Sarah Fernley zodiac sampler, queer goth, and the Mary Wigglesworth sampler that I converted into a coronation piece. I can't wait to see what you stitch on next year. Are you joining Dee's stitchalong? I'm very very tempted. Have a wonderful weekend!
Love that little Ghostface valentine, I have two finishes and a frame I bought for another project lost in my house somewhere. I hope to find them when I tackle Storage Room Mountain after the holidays. Congratulations on all your finishes, you finished several things I have planned to start next year so it's so nice to see how pretty they are all done. Gonna have to stitch that Amyl and the Sniffers piece, I love Night Spirit Studio and had no idea they had that Knifey pattern!
Fabulous finishes! I finished 2 regular full coverages, enchanted Quaker, Halloween Quaker and few others I think can’t remember they are on my flosstube finish parade haha I have 2 wips with a 3rd ducking in and out (monthly Quakers)
The frame for the Greenhouse of oddities is perfect! I have 32 finishes this year! A lot of them are those tiny art pieces from The stitch patterns though, so they were really quick stitches.
all your projects are beautiful!! 😍 you can be very proud of yourself and now you have so many pretty things to look at! 😊 i love your lola crow finish and it will be beautiful on the wall behind your filming spot! 😍 I wish you wonderful holidays and a great start into the new stitching year 🎄🎅🥳
Really enjoyed your finishing info 🩷. One day I will actually have to do a framing, so good on you for doing it yourself! I will hope to achieve something as good as yours
Hope you have a lovely holiday, I enjoyed seeing your finishes and makes me want to stitch a few you did. Only stitching half a year or less but did accomplish more than I thought, only have 3 WIPS currently, finished a few smalls and 3 medium sized projects. Need to concentrate only fully finishing though like you I am learning too.
So many great projects! I just counted and I'm shocked to say I finished 48, many of them smalls and a few that were carry overs from last year and nearly done, but still - wow! I have 22 WIPS, most of which are bigger pieces. In 2024, my plan is to focus on these larger pieces, so I'll likely have fewer than 10 finished come the end of next year, but I'm fine with that. BTW, when you frame pieces, cut your boards 1/4" smaller than the opening. As the fabric wraps around, it makes up the difference. (Ask me how many times I've wanted to throw the frame against the wall before I figured this out.)
I thought I had finished lot this year!! I had done 20. I have around 10 projects on the go, I think it is 8 at the moment. I absolutely adore the frame for the greenhouse of oddities. I fear fully finishing things in case it doesn't come out as I hope so I have to force myself a few times a year when I get too many finished projects in what I call the drawer of perpetual waiting. I actually fully finished a project this year that I finished stitching before my son was born (he is now 8 😆). Happy holidays xx
Love your stitching, such an inspiration. I have just gotten back into stitching again, and I currently have 17 WIPs. Hopefully next year I can have several finishes.
Ahh loved all your finishes!! 😍 Looking forward to keeping up with your progress in the new year and for 2023 my finish count landed at 32! I had a good little chunk of smalls tho 😅
I have finished nothing 😂 granted only maybe four months of 2023 have I stitched & I tend to have big 🍑 projects 😅 I definitely need to learn to pick up some smalls eventually. Your pieces are fantastic & even if they’re a little wonky frames, the frames themselves fit the projects perfectly
I only have one finished this year and it was also a start. 😂 it’s okay though, this has been a busy year for me so not a lot of time for stitching. I have 5 WIPs but three out of those five are larger.
I have finished 7 wipes, which is good since I rarely have over 12 WIP at the time. Pushing for finish 8 but not sure I can do it in time before 2024 😂
This was so much fun watching! Well done!!!

Love all your finishes. You’re amazing. Can’t wait to see everything FFO’d in the years to come ❤❤
I truly look forward to watching all of your videos and this one is no exception! Parade season is my favorite and all of your pieces are so so lovely. I also had 25 finishes this year!

“Let me give her the respect she deserves” 😂 👏👏👏 YES! You got SO much done this year!
😂😂😂 Thirza is a special lady
Thank you for such a fun and inspiring finish parade! Cannot wait for the WIP parade and to see what 2024 brings! 💜

Yes! That’s amazing 😊 agreed, tracking numbers can be stressful or fun, at the end of the day we all just want to be stitching 😂
Your finishes are so good. Don't take any crap about your FFO's, they're great. I think I had 13 finishes in 2023 with probably a 14th before Monday.
That black frame is gorgeous! Congrats on all your finishes. Thanks for sharing your stitchy journey with us! Looks like I finished 13, counting some collections as 1. Finished my 1st Longdog, so that felt amazing. Looking forward to your wip parade! 🧵🪡😊
YES! Long Dog finish is momentous 😄
I had 12 finishes this year, I was very much into starting all the things.
Im very intimidated by finishing big projects in frames, I think you did a great job!
So happy for you that supernatural is fully finished. It looks superb. I remember when some of the figures were empty rectangles!
Thanks so much!

Yay!! A HAED finish is major 🔥

I bought Dee’s SAL, I haven’t decided on floss but I’m excited to see the first release
Congratulations on all of your finishes. Your style is very different from mine, but I love everything you have done! I have 9 finishes for the year.😊

Yes! it’s free on their site 😊 I’m right there with you, there are projects floating around my apartment that are currently hiding from me
Fabulous finishes! I finished 2 regular full coverages, enchanted Quaker, Halloween Quaker and few others I think can’t remember they are on my flosstube finish parade haha I have 2 wips with a 3rd ducking in and out (monthly Quakers)

I love small finishes! they make me feel super accomplished 😂
Great Parade!! Happy Holidays!!❤

That sounds like a great start to your stitching journey! Fully finishing projects is a whole other hobby 😂 but I’m learning

ahhhh thank you!!! that makes so much sense 😅 I will def do that for my next framing job

Fabulous work tfs💕🤗
This was SOO MUCH FUN to watch!! Every finish is incredible and you are such an inspiring stitcher to watch! Love you!
The supernatural finish looks so good, and the frame is great! Thanks for sharing your finishes!
“Frimp” stunlocked me again. It has haunted me on occasion since you showed the finish earlier this year 😶
🤣🤣😂 truly haunting
Love your stitching, such an inspiration. I have just gotten back into stitching again, and I currently have 17 WIPs. Hopefully next year I can have several finishes.
Ahh loved all your finishes!! 😍 Looking forward to keeping up with your progress in the new year and for 2023 my finish count landed at 32! I had a good little chunk of smalls tho 😅
Me too! I love smalls for those quick wins 😂

I have many stitchy friends that finish like 2 things a year and we are all still having a good time 😂 i get it, big projects are just so breathtaking

I have 22 finishes as of 22Dec. I kind of would like one more, to have 23 finishes in 2023 but not sure that will happen.
22 is still amazing 🥰
frimp!
i thought "queer goth" was "beer goth".... i know my brain has already checked out until January 2 🫣
😂😂 understandable
