good job . i did my own delta rebot in my master graduation and now i would like to build another one but this time i will use plc for an industrial project . my problem is how to combine machine vision with plc . your brother from algeria .

I would suggest the plc only for servo control and machine vision on a computer with TCP ethernet in between. Unless you spend a good amount of money for plug and play machine vision cameras

Which type og gears did you used?is it also 3D printed?
I used 50 and 25 mm aluminium gears that i recoverd from an old system .

Could you tell me about the stepper motors? I want to try to make delta robot!
I used NEMA 23 but even with the pulley they were dimensionned correctly for this robot
Is a pc required to make it continuously run?? What is its range of motion?
Yes it runs through an ihm built with windows visual studio that controls an d runs the robot

Hello emgucv is a separate library that you need to install go to emgu.com you'll find what you need

Yes to use it as its supposed to work with the GUI interface but you still can send it gcode commands through serial
