i swear this anime is so underrated. The songs are so unique and pleasant. Plus the characters have actual depth and aren’t like the usual idol girls whose whole character is based off of their desire to be an idol and act like perfect girls. These girls in 22/7 have actual development and serious events that caused them to turn out like how they are now.
Yeah. Akane (girl with the glasses) was going wild. I love that they don't synchronize the choreography at all. That makes it feel more raw or authentic and individualizes each character. Hope they'll do well. This could be BIG in the future.

They did it on purpose I think. It’s to make the “hand drawn” effect that anime has. It’s also to make the low frame rate parts seem clean, because motion capturing can be stiff at times
I know this is motion tracked but what can they do to make the frames more smooth? More budget for better motion tracking or is this something a computer can fix through rendering? Maybe the computer can generate more frames

Don’t get me wrong I love my cutesy over the top frilly idols but theirs just something so refreshing about seeing an idol group that looks and sounds “normal” it definitely makes them stand out in a great way

I'm one of those few 22/7 fans (I like seiyuu idols + used to be a 48 fan + love all the artists who drew a character for the group) who was around before Sally's explosive popularity among the English-speaking fandom. You hit it right on the head. A majority of 22/7 popularity (at least online) can be +70% attributed to Sally. Most of the people commenting here don't care about anyone but Sally, or if they do only how they relate to Sally. Right now they're steadily releasing singles, which is a good thing. What I'm banking on is for their anime to start (preferably by a top-tier studio like KyoAni) + a good rhythm game. If they play their cards right they could become real popular. Check Love Live. They were practically "nobodies" (busy accumulating their discography first). Then the anime started, okay, they got on people's radar. Then the rhythm game came out, and they exploded.
What can I say is... They are powerful!! Full of feeling! All of this was true! The dance are not seen to be fake it seems nature! And I love the uniform!!! Look elegant and pure!! 😍😍😍💖

Recently About a week from i comment now Rikaisha is my number 1 song and the 2nd is Muzui I love the part when they punch the sky , throw away all troublesomething , it like they say " Eat this !! Take This !! Go away, every bad things from us"
The song is awesome but... what the heck is with this video? The framerate, synchronization with audio and some animations are completely out of place. It looks like somebody changed tempo of the song but the video was almost done so they decreased framerate without applying interpolation or something. It's very unnatural and suprises me, because 22/7 are labeled by Sony Music. They are big bois in the industry, so quality issues like these are very surprising.
The choreo is so so good! Can the anime pls come faster :((( I think my only issue is how they all look so sad or serious. I guess I'm not used to seeing an idol group look so intensely deadpan all the time, BUT I also think that's just a limitation of the animation that they'll fix once the series airs. EDIT: also I love how different they sound from groups like Aqours (my forever fav too) or the ones from IM@S. their music is pretty distinct and unique. Someone pointed out how it's a more mature vibe compared to others and perhaps that IS why they aren't smiley or cutesy like the others

I'm one of those few 22/7 fans (I like seiyuu idols + used to be a 48 fan + love all the artists who drew a character for the group) who was around before Sally's explosive popularity among the English-speaking fandom.
You hit it right on the head. A majority of 22/7 popularity (at least online) can be +70% attributed to Sally. Most of the people commenting here don't care about anyone but Sally, or if they do only how they relate to Sally. Right now they're steadily releasing singles, which is a good thing. What I'm banking on is for their anime to start (preferably by a top-tier studio like KyoAni) + a good rhythm game. If they play their cards right they could become real popular. Check Love Live. They were practically "nobodies" (busy accumulating their discography first). Then the anime started, okay, they got on people's radar. Then the rhythm game came out, and they exploded.

The song is awesome but... what the heck is with this video? The framerate, synchronization with audio and some animations are completely out of place. It looks like somebody changed tempo of the song but the video was almost done so they decreased framerate without applying interpolation or something. It's very unnatural and suprises me, because 22/7 are labeled by Sony Music. They are big bois in the industry, so quality issues like these are very surprising.

I think my only issue is how they all look so sad or serious. I guess I'm not used to seeing an idol group look so intensely deadpan all the time, BUT I also think that's just a limitation of the animation that they'll fix once the series airs.
EDIT: also I love how different they sound from groups like Aqours (my forever fav too) or the ones from IM@S. their music is pretty distinct and unique. Someone pointed out how it's a more mature vibe compared to others and perhaps that IS why they aren't smiley or cutesy like the others
