To those who are wondering what this song is about; the "M" stands for M League, a professional league for mahjong, a board game originated from China (check "riichi mahjong" if you're interested!) It's really cool & well phrased song and reminds me of each member of the league and their styles of playing! Ngl this was the first time I listened to their music and I love it xx

Fuki's voice is one of the most powerful ones I've ever heard around Japan's rock and metal bands, a voice that can be rude and menacing like in Cadaver / Revadac or sweet and tender (to me) in this song. Love her and love the band at all. Great song and video as usual.
I only recently started falling into that black hole of Japanese metal, of which I neve really took notice, and that in over 30 years of metal. And that hole seems to be a black one, there is no end to talent and greatness coming from Japan. Unlucky Morpheus are perfection for me, there is no other word for me to describe that. I wish they would sing more english, so that the music markets from the rest of the world would become more aware of them, because what they offer would outclass so much else out there. As it looks, Japanese dont do average when it comes to music. This is so above most of the western metal out there, its beyond awesome. I personally am no fan of spoken japanese as language, and I dont mean it bad. Just doesnt sound nice to me, if I can say it like that. However, singing Japanese is beautiful !!! Bands like UM and others have shown that to me clearly. I am astunished about the beauty in music that comes from Japan, when it comes to Metal and Rock ! Cheers from Germany
Lightbringer was where I first discovered Fuki too, specifically the Midnight Circus album. Been a fan of pretty much every band/project she’s done since then :)
Guitars perfect, voice perfect, bass perfect, violin perfect, drums perfect, mix of style perfect. Power metal? speed metal? Neo classical? Japan can be proud. And the videos: a so good production and so numerous from a band with no label. Unbelievable.....

Check their album 'Change of Generation' if you enjoy the neo-classical vibe. Their latest album 'Unfinished' is also great but demonstrates a slight change of focus to accommodate ongoing health issues of the band leader Shiren.
The only metal band whereby music mixing, technicality on par as Galneryus in the power/symphonic metal scene. Another potential band in the mix, Tears of Tragedy. 🤘

I have Shinyas drumstick that he tossed into the crowd at the end of the show when i seen them in November 23 2009 at the fillmore. Was a amazing show and i dove through the packed crowd to get that stick. He beat the hell out of the drum stick it has years of use. I will forever keep that drumstick.

I missed hearing her voice in this style, I thought that even her voice had changed for natural (aging) or technical reasons (change of technique so as not to lose her voice). But I see now that it was an artistic choice. I really liked the music. Congratulations to the whole band.
She still has it, just going on a different direction. This voice style of hers has matured a little bit as well but IMO, it's waaaaaay better than 10 years ago. Much more refined, much more delicate.

Is album is 10/10. Absolutely lit AF. The melodies and choruses are very catchy and there is a good balance between the power metal and metalcore elements. I rate this almost on the same scale as Undead Corporation when they came out with No Antidote. Except for them it was more a departure from the TouHou scene. Where as this is more like on the edge of being TouHou but aint. almost LIGHT BRINGER'esk until the growls which is where the TouHou link comes from.
