As a Chelsea fan I am not playing around and no bias but come on, I will give Maresca "the manager of the season" even if Chelsea doesn't win the league and finish in the top 4 position. Maresca coming into this chelsea team struggling by pointing a championship coach who has taken over and putting Chelsea into this situation which i mean Chelsea is playing Good football and being second in the league, as you can imagine?!... On the other hand side which is Slot, coming into this liverpool team that is already manufactured and the players there had mostly played together for about 2 to 4 years if I am right and I am not trying to downgrade what slot has done no, but him coming into this liverpool team that the players has known themselves for sometime can never be compare to this Chelsea team and the players. Perhaps, slot play same football as klopp but he has injects some mere tactics into his style of play. So good work from both managers but i will pick Maresca as the "manager of the season" if the season was to end now👍
From the holistic view this Liverpool team by last season where not there remember some of this team member, were signed last, so it takes a very good manager to perform this magic that slot is doing. So I go for Slot as the manager of the season.
