  • Extroverted kids feel energized by socializing with their peers and like jam-packed activities, while introverted kids prefer a lot less stimulation and are perfectly content by themselves. But dont make the mistake of labeling introverted kids as shy. These kids do not lack social skills or confidence; they are simply not interested in group activities that often leave them feeling emotionally and physically exhausted.

    I'd like also to told what should NOT be done with introverts at work or in school. For example ex tempora meetings five times a day can be task destroyer. What about micromanagement. If you want to your innie worker be effiecent you better know how to handle him, as you do with extrovert workers.
