I purchased a pair of sneakers through StockX and when the sneakers arrived, I found it was missing accessories that should’ve come in the box. After a series of back and forth, StockX told me “they still considered that sneaker brand new/DS in their view....!!!
I then asked if I could sell that ‘exact sneaker as received’ through StockX in the future. They said no!
So if I’m ever going to sell this sneaker, I’m going to have to sell it as a non DS pair and lose significant money.
Sadly StockX had also previously sent me another pair of sneakers that was missing additional laces. In that case I was never worried as I was never going to use the missing laces and I had no intention of ever selling that particular sneaker. I’d never even raised that problem with StockX, so at the time I had little idea StockX lacked integrity and had such a vile approach to accepting responsibility.
I’ve since investigated what happens when other customers come across issues with their purchases at StockX and it clearly seems StockX’ go to’ response for any problem is to NEVER ADMIT FAULT. “Buyer Beware” when it comes to StockX and I advise viewers to watch the numerous UA-cam videos about this company and their penchant for selling fake shoes!
I think people would like the AJ1 low more if they offered the same features as the OG high: leather quality, the tongue, and the heel collar shape. I really liked both SBXJordan 1 low collabs with Eric Koston, because of the aforementioned and I’ve followed his career and have been a fan of his signature sb, nonetheless the only other AJ1 low I liked where the premium joints from a couple years ago. Only downside to those is the smell when unboxing them was overwhelming. Aside from that the shape and quality were ✔️

Just got these for myself for $560 as a little gift to myself for a milestone. I love all of travis’ work. He has the best collabs IMO. Way better than OW IMHO. The unions are amazing too but travis makes great designs. I don’t buy hype shit. I own these and the 4s and those are the only hype shoes I own. Everything else in my collection is non “Hypebeast” shizzz. I just truly love his design and work. I’m saving up for more of his work now haha hopefully I can cop these AF1s for retail y’all!!!

Goat sent me a pair of black cement 4s with a scuff on them. I paid $265. Took them 2 weeks to reply to me. They finally said oh hey sorry um yeah will give you 20 goat credit...🤷♂️ sorrrrry.. like how they hell you going to send me a "DS" sneaker with a scuff on it and think it would be cool that I'd be cool with that.
