    in Zoho Mail Lite plan, you are charged for each domain you add or only for each User within the same Account Plan?

      Sorry, I don’t know anything about the light plan. I specialise in working for businesses who use the enterprise plan (or Zoho One)

    Hi Sir, I have a problem wehere mail emails from zoho comes into spam when sending a email. Do you maybe know what the cause is of this problem, i have tried multiple things without succes.

      There are loads of reasons for this. If the domain name is new or has a bad history. Or if the email authentication settings have not been properly set up.

    Hi Sir, am unable to create a catch-all address, I tried to search my email address but it keeps showing no matching users found.

      Hi, not sure what you mean. In Mail, go to Admin Console, then go to Domains, then Advanced Settings, then Catch-All -> mailadmin.zoho.YOURCOUNTERYCODE/cpanel/home.do#domains/YOURDOMAIN/settings/catchAll

    Hello sir
    I am unable to upgrade my Zoho mail plan as when I try to make payments it rejects my all credit cards. Please help what should I do as my storage is full 99%.
