Super nice video! Best car I've owned was a 2007 Lexus GS. I loved it so much, bought it second-hand of course and always kept it clean by cleaning it myself. However one day I got it detailed inside and out and it was like I had a new car!
amazing work. i love how you actually do everything on a car you dont miss anything, i wish i could bring my car to you for cleaning, but im from germany
My favorite car was a metallic silver VW beetle from 1972. It had a dodgy passenger side door which would swing open going round corners. So I had to lean over and hold it shut when cornering. And the paintwork was immaculate... full respray, metallic silver sprayed over rust. Within a year of buying it, the rust was springing forth all over the car. No sound system, so I took a 6v tape recorder and rigged a little electronics kit to step down from the 12v. Heating didn't work, so I dressed up in winter. But I loved it.
Very quick clean! My Favorite Care I have owned 1991 Honda Accord EX - 4 DR 4 Cylinder/Vtec White Exterior Blue Interior Self-Seat Belt Paid $500(US) and has been by far the best car I have ever owned. Quick to clean and very inexpensive to maintain, as well as the best on gas!
I find two things quite remarkable with your videos. One, that people never remove everything from the vehicle before dropping it off and two, that people in the UK never seem to have floor mats to protect the carpet. Here in Canada cars come with floor mats. Even if they didn’t I’d still buy some to put in. It only makes sense. Great job as always. My best car was my NissanPulsarNXSE. Wonderful sports car and convertible. I had it 22 years until an idiot texting and driving hit me and destroyed the car. Nearly destroyed me as well. I was very unhappy about about the whole thing and 9 years later still miss my sports car
1992 red Plymouth Laser. Ridiculously low drag coefficient for the time. Stick shift. Perfect sports car for a 23 year old. Got rid of it because of age, high mileage, and the manual window binded up so badly it didn't open. Made it very difficult to throw change into bucket on Chicago tollways! Back then we threw change into the toll booth!
1996 Volvo 850, hunter green with tan leather seats, fully loaded, six disc CD changer, cold weather package. I loved her. She was a beauty. My first car. I loved it because it was so easy to work on and that T5 naturally aspirated 2.4L engine was beastly; the tranny on that thing was bulletproof too! PLUS factory undercoating on the body meant that even after almost 20 years in Upstate NY/ New England, there was practically no rust on her. My dearest Maddie; may she ever rest in pieces :(
The difference a good clean can do. Very satisfying to watch.. Think it’s great the way you take the seats out to clean the carpets aswell. Currently Driving a Mk7 Golf 2.0 TDi GT with a DSG box. It’s Been great. Keep up the videos mate👍🏻
Best car I ever owned was a 6 cylinder diesel Bmw e39. They way they handle. And the way you are connected with the road, especially with it’s crazy heavy steering. A real man’s car. and don’t forget EVERYTIME I got out of it, I looked back and admired it as I walked away. I liked it so much. Road tax is crazy here In Ireland. So it had to go. When I sold it I bought another one. Because I Couldn’t stay out of one. Bought another. Same thing. And again. I’m on no. 7 now. 🤷🏻♂️. Still love ‘em. Road tax is still crazy. Who cares. Life’s too short to drive a car you don’t absolutely adore. Love your videos. Keep ‘em coming. Hurts your heart a little doesn’t it to see a car neglected like that. But. On the plus side. Keeps men like you in a job and dinner on the table. All the best buddy.
Good job, that really is a significant change, I bet the owner was well pleased on collection, I would loved to have seen the reaction. Keep up the good work.
Best car i ever owned, and still own, is my lovely VW Golf 2 Gti G60. i bought it back ago in 1989 as a new car and still drive it around with about 300000km. Never had any bigger problems. luckiest and best purchase ever. Keep up the good vids man. Greetings from Austria
Love your vids! Keep it up! Best car I've owned was a VW Passat B5.5 Estate. I loved it so much as it was passed down to me by my parents and had 350,000 miles on it. I kept it so clean and cared for it like my baby until I was rear ended one day and the insurance company said it will be better to scrap than repair. I cried when they towed it away but I have the number plate framed on the wall in my bedroom. );
Hello from Phoenix, Arizona. Very satisfying video! I've owned a lot of cars so hard to pick the best, but one of the best was a 1996 Volkswagen Jetta GLI. By today's standards not fast or powerful, but it was fun to drive, handled well, got great gas mileage and it was very roomy. My last good car was a 2001 Mercury Mountaineer (like a Ford Explorer). It had a 5.0 V8 which I loved but got terrible gas mileage. It was such a good car, I only paid $2000 for it and drove it almost trouble free for 5 years before trading it in with 250,000 miles on it and still running good. It was getting ratty but I still miss it. Current car is a 2015 VW Jetta.
I owned a 2000 grand prix gt 5 speed cornered like it was on rails it was black with tinted windows AR rims and i kept it top notch clean. Love your videos!!
Something satisfying about ppl cleaning the car well. If i would live in UK i would get my car cleaned there! Its not that dirty, but i like it clean :) Keep the videos up! Love em.
Great video as always. The attention to detail and watching them transform into something great again is very enjoyable and relaxing. My best car would have to be the one I currently own, jet black Nissan Sentra Nismo.
Car I loved owning was my 1996 XJ Cherokee. It was totally flogged out by the time I got hold of it, but because I bought it so cheap, I was able to work on it myself, with the attitude of "If it breaks it's a cheap car, and it can just go to the wreckers". I learned a lot about cars pulling that car to bits and fixing it. Loved driving it as well. So much fun, I do occasionally find myself on Gumtree looking for another one. Sigh.. one day, when the bank account will support it
Good work. Nice job getting it clean, how generous of you - not throwing out three bagfuls of clutter :D. Can't wait Spring to arrive; gotta get my own car clean as well, inside out!
I know this is an old video but only recently subscribed and am making my way through all of them. I have two favourite cars. A company car, 2008 VW golf gtd. Heated leather seats, 150bhp, did 150k miles in just under three years and never missed a beat. I loved it. The other was a lancia beta hifi coupe. Beautiful car and deceptively fast. Bought to restore but used as a daily runner. Unfortunately, parted ways with it in 1999, would love to get it back or get another.
My first car was my favourite, it was a 2012 Kia Ceed 3. 1.6 CRDi. Beautiful inside and out. Great drive. Nippy for a naturally aspirated diesel. Economical and kitted with all the gadgets.
More from Troon. The first car I owned - rather than the best - was a second hand Austin Allegro, purchased on the recommendation of my father, back in 1976. It had a square (!) steering wheel, a five forward gear manual transmission that was like stirring porridge, it leaked like a sieve through the windscreen seal which made inches of water in the foot wells. This froze in the winter and rotted the carpets with a resultant vile smell of rotting wool from the now clarty, decaying drugget. There was no radio. It did nothing to 60 in about half an hour. The sills rusted. No wonder British Leyland went to the wall. Two or three cars later, c 1984, I got a SAAB 99, also second hand. It had heated seats, started every time, even in the coldest weather, warm as toast heating, great radio. The only problem I had with it was the day I collected it form Dodds in Troon. I pulled up outside the house, put it into neutral and the gear lever came away in my hand. I pin had sheared - million to one chance. I got rid of it when it had done about 120,000 miles. OK today I have a 3 series sporty BMW, bought new (2,800 after a year - not doing the driving to work). It is a fantastic car and I will hear no ill of BMW, but I still remember the SAAB with great fondness. How is your BMW?
Love ur videos I love my 2008 Ford ikon because I got ad a gift from my dad I always keep it clean and watch your detailing videos everyday keep it up All the way from Namibia, Africa
Great video and job once again! I own a 2,5 NA Mazda CX-5, its got plenty power and nice handling and room for the family. In addition I own a 1982 Autobianchi A112 Abarth, it looks like turd (rust repairs in progress), but the engine sounds amazing (double barrel Weber carb) and it drives like a gocart with 70hp and only weighing 650kg. Looking forward to your next video!
I've still got my Citroën C1 from when I passed 6 years ago. It's a decent car gets me from a to z good fuel mileage cheap on tax and insurance. My favourite thing to do in the summer is to valet my C1 the only problem I have is getting the pvc bumpers back to black
The car that I Like the most was 1of the 6 new Honda Element. Easy to get in and out, Great seat to set in, fun to drive, super for hauling my (R/C cars and trucks)with all the thing you need to race.
great job mate! i have had three Bmws, one 1998 540i, 2000 bmw 328i and the one i have right now which is a 2002 bmw 330ci. The 330ci is my favorite! its the perfect car to drive around👌🏼😁 i spend 90% of my time cleaning it or modifying it cosmetically and mechanically😌
I owned several cars, and each one was the best I've had thus far. I now own a 2009 Lexus RX450h. Its best feature by far is the build quality. Even after 10 years and 145000 miles, it looks, feels and sounds like it just rolled off the production line
Best car I've ever owned was a triple black onyx 2006 Toyota Solara, V6, had light blue pinstripes, Koenig wheels. Kept it clay barred so the paint looked wet, very deep shine. Regret selling it, and have never seen another one like it.
Great video, enjoyed watching it, the best car I ever owned has to be my first one, which was a Lada Riva 1300SL, I loved that car, it was my pride and joy literally, so comfortable and reliable, I felt very safe and protected inside it, as it was so strong and well made, also being a Russian car it coped effortlessly with winter weather, it came with an awesome tool kit including various spanners, pliers, tyre gauge, an inspection lamp a stirrup pump, brake bleed hose, and even a tyre lever!!!, this is because in the steppes of Russia there isn’t a Kwik Fit around ever corner, with regard to this video, I don’t drive in high heels, I find it uncomfortable and awkward, so I always carry a pair of flats in the car for driving, plus it saves my carpet from ruin lol 😂 x
Good job mate added value to the car. Best car iv owned is my current one 16 Golf R wagon Wolfsburg edition in onyx pearl wich i think is a porsche colour, it goes like a scalded cat with a stage 1 tune intake and exhaust, although unfortunately as i live in australia we had a huge hail storm in sydney before Christmas and its nearly destroyed. Hope they fix it i really love this car, wish you were here to clean it for me haha cheers
In1979 bought myself for 21st a 78 Escort 1.6 Ghia in Hawaiian Blue with tan velour interior. Found out pretty early on wet blue jeans were not good for seats, two Simonze aerosol cans of upholstery cleaner and three applications with wet vac got most out! When's the best time to get a car detailed on paint especially, after or before winter? Exquisite Car Care is very near me but seems to be mostly very expensive vehicles.
Hi, I recently subscribed to your channel - I like to show my support to fellow Scots showcasing their skills, and you're no exception, good sir! Marvellous work as always, very satisfying to watch and the results are top notch! I would definitely bring my little trusty Nissan Micra to you for some TLC in the future =D keep those videos coming!
Looks great, Was skeptical when you didnt snowfoam it or anything and doing large sections of polishing but looks like it turned out great. I need to get my bagged volvo c30 cleaned and polished before show season soon.
Thanks for watching, it was an all in one polish so very little cut, there's probably more cut in the pad than anything. If it was a compound I'd definitely need to do smaller sections.
The best car I had owned was the 2002 Astra 1.6 8v because it was super reilable and nothing ever went wrong with it, the paintwork was a deep blue/grey and was a pleasure to clean.
The only ford I owned was the 2002 Mondeo 1.8 estate, was beautiful to drive, 124 hp and 124 mph top end (perfect balance), only problem is with those engines was the oil control rings and swirl flaps -such a shame! @@autoshineblackpool
Another episode watched. My favourite car, sadly long gone, a Mk2 Granada 2.8iS in black. Absolute nightmare to keep clean but when she was, she looked fantastic. The car won best in show at one of the Granada shows at Billing, Northamptonshire, England.
Really nice effort 👍 my favourite car is my current one, a 2010 fabia mk2 vrs in candy white. I clean it weekly and do a full polish every year in April after the winter. Keep up the good work and vids 👍👍👍
The Best car I ever had ( loved) my Honda civic 2000, dark cherrish color, I miss it. You did a super job a usual. If I were this car owner, would be very ashamed to leave a car like that, my lord, 3 bangs of s..... ahahahhaha, thank goodness for your talents!
A hyundai Accent gt 1996 edition actually great car it has 200 Miles on it Still drives fast it is actually faster than it is oficially announced quite cheap easy to fix revs up to 7200 rpm really Light no steering aid Just You and the road corners well as well. With an engine swap it would be a beast
I have a 1981 Buick Century LTD as me first car, she's dirty and smelly and quite frankly a bit rusty. some of your adivce, I've picked up that might help me clean her with a better result. Love your vids btw
Best car I've ever owned (and my first car) was 1998 Nissan Almera. I loved it because it was my most reliable car. Sadly, due to problems with rust it went straight to the scrapyard :(
Best cars i've owned (including company cars and by category): value: Hyundai GX (a proper limousine for dirt cheap. Expect to be left stranded on the road at least once a year tho) comfort: Huyndai GX (driving this thing feels more like sailing on a yacht) reliability: Ford Tourneo 2007 (wind-up windows and no radio, but a serious competitor to Nokia when in comes to reliability) overall: any second-hand Volvo (I drive a 2007 S60. Volvo prices get smashed on the second-hand market and you can easily find some really great deals. Same year BMWs with higher milage and less equipment cost 2 times more)
Never enjoyed watching someone working so hard! Cracking job mate! My favourite car? My VW MK5 1.9 Tdi SE on a '54' plate. Took it from 33k to 161k and it still goes well. Had it custom remapped to 153bhp and run it on super diesel, pulls like a train. I've owned it for 12 years now, and I can honestly say that I will still be owning it in another 12 years! Question for you: Do you need to wax after a polish? And what polish did you use?
You've listened my advice for the gloves, in E46 video.
It will be your habit, whatever You do, You will use them while working.
In 2001. I've had an Alfa Romeo 164 2.0 16v, it was few years old and it had a lot of equipment. And everything was electric. Very fast car and you could rarely see them on the roads. Proper limousine
Cheers :)
It's just shocking that people treat their cars like a skip then have the Brass Nosed Cheek to get you to clean it without emptying out all that crap first . A great result as always . Hope she was thoroughly ashamed too .
Paul Ashton Right? The owner coulda saved themselves a few quid by taking what, 15 minutes to go through the car to empty out the rubbish and personal property before taking the car in. Too much chance of stuff getting lost that way.
Don’t think the person who handed it in owned the car hence the lack of effort to move any of the shit because there are no plates... surely he didn’t take them off just for the video...
Paul Ashton indeed. When I drop mine off for a clean the first thing I do is remove my “bin” (plastic bag in passengers footwell for shit) coffee cup and spare water bottle.

Owned a MK2 golf GTi for 5 years and had to eventually sell it. Biggest mistake of my life! Loved the video , incredible result!

I owned several cars, and each one was the best I've had thus far.
I now own a 2009 Lexus RX450h.
Its best feature by far is the build quality. Even after 10 years and 145000 miles, it looks, feels and sounds like it just rolled off the production line
Outstanding job!!
Greetings from Mendocino County California ! Love your videos ❤️
Best car I've ever owned was a triple black onyx 2006 Toyota Solara, V6, had light blue pinstripes, Koenig wheels. Kept it clay barred so the paint looked wet, very deep shine. Regret selling it, and have never seen another one like it.
Perfect job 👍car looks like new . Greetings from Poland 🇵🇱
Lovely job! My fave car was a Volvo s60 with its heated leather armchairs and it went like stink!
Great job m8 keep it up
Great video, enjoyed watching it, the best car I ever owned has to be my first one, which was a Lada Riva 1300SL, I loved that car, it was my pride and joy literally, so comfortable and reliable, I felt very safe and protected inside it, as it was so strong and well made, also being a Russian car it coped effortlessly with winter weather, it came with an awesome tool kit including various spanners, pliers, tyre gauge, an inspection lamp a stirrup pump, brake bleed hose, and even a tyre lever!!!, this is because in the steppes of Russia there isn’t a Kwik Fit around ever corner, with regard to this video, I don’t drive in high heels, I find it uncomfortable and awkward, so I always carry a pair of flats in the car for driving, plus it saves my carpet from ruin lol 😂 x
Nice job, clean and tidy, i got a BMW e90, in black, girl needs cleaning every 6 hours lol, could very well do with a fresh buff over thats for sure.
How long did it take you
Good job mate added value to the car.
Audi looked well after you finished! Noticed you worked on most of it outside! No Moose in this video!
Best car i've own was 2005 Ford Focus II 1.6 tdci, a simple car, but was a lot of fun on the country roads, cheers!
Thumbs up for the gloves! Thanks for lowering the chances of having fewer of your videos
😂😂👍
Looks great, Was skeptical when you didnt snowfoam it or anything and doing large sections of polishing but looks like it turned out great. I need to get my bagged volvo c30 cleaned and polished before show season soon.
Thanks for watching, it was an all in one polish so very little cut, there's probably more cut in the pad than anything. If it was a compound I'd definitely need to do smaller sections.
Very good work! It seems new
The best car I had owned was the 2002 Astra 1.6 8v because it was super reilable and nothing ever went wrong with it, the paintwork was a deep blue/grey and was a pleasure to clean.
Can't beat an old 8 valve vauxhall for reliability, well except maybe an old ford crossflow.
The only ford I owned was the 2002 Mondeo 1.8 estate, was beautiful to drive, 124 hp and 124 mph top end (perfect balance), only problem is with those engines was the oil control rings and swirl flaps -such a shame! @@autoshineblackpool
It drives me up the fing wall when I have to access the boot to get to the ECU and theirs someone's life story in their
Another episode watched.
I love watching your videos ..
Another cracking clip. Keep them coming.☺
Grating from Poland. Great job✌😊
Very nice job 👌
Only one word AMAZING
Best car I ever had was mk 5 Golf 1,9TDI. But my favorite was the 2000 Renault megane that I modified 😉
Another great video, some result 👍🏻
Lovely Jubbly, not sure if I've seen this one, nevertheless still a very impressive turnaround Scottie.
Man... All the great detail work! Unfortunately give this car a week or two and it will again be looking like a pig sty and smelling like a cat's ass.
I have a 1981 Buick Century LTD as me first car, she's dirty and smelly and quite frankly a bit rusty. some of your adivce, I've picked up that might help me clean her with a better result.
Love your vids btw
Beautiful video.
Excellent job mate. What was the Tornado thing you used?
Night and day difference man! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼😄
Great! How much do You charge for that kind of work?
Best car I've ever owned (and my first car) was 1998 Nissan Almera. I loved it because it was my most reliable car. Sadly, due to problems with rust it went straight to the scrapyard :(
Nice job as usual, love it, my favorite car is Citroen CX Pallas and Citroen BX TRS
Best cars i've owned (including company cars and by category):
value: Hyundai GX (a proper limousine for dirt cheap. Expect to be left stranded on the road at least once a year tho)
comfort: Huyndai GX (driving this thing feels more like sailing on a yacht)
reliability: Ford Tourneo 2007 (wind-up windows and no radio, but a serious competitor to Nokia when in comes to reliability)
overall: any second-hand Volvo (I drive a 2007 S60.
And what polish did you use?
kebabtank Yes, a wax will help seal the paint and protect it
Top job big man!
Spotless. Great job
