"Stabat Mater Dolorosa" - by the Norbertines of St. Michael's Abbey

At St. Michael's Abbey, the Stabat Mater is sung during the adoration of the cross on Good Friday. The piece depicts our Blessed Mother at the foot of the cross of Calvary; so we follow her lead and use her suffering illustrated in this piece to unite ourselves to the cross of Christ.
