- Willie Mays, legendary San Francisco Giants player and MLB Hall of Famer, has died. He was 93. According to the Giants in a social media statement, the baseball star died 'peacefully' on Tuesday. Willie's career began in 1951, spanning 22 seasons, including 660 home runs, earning 2 MVP awards and more.

I was hoping he'd live to see 100, but 93 is pretty good too! May God rest his soul.
