We recommend doing a sweep prior to scrubbing to reduce debris being sucked up - Are you checking the debris basket in the recovery tank during scrubbing? There is an optional Cleanout Port from Advance for the recovery tank to help flush out large debris. Let us know if we can help further!

Its a great machine but I've had some issues with the drain tank plug...its really small and debris tends to collect there.
