Paul was the master builder I chose for my Strat and he’s done an unbelievable job with it, so I have no doubt that these will be next level craftsmanship.
I have the production model from a year or 2 ago. Now I feel like a kid at school with knock off

And none of them nearly as expensive as this!

Yep. This is number 4 .... Because the first three sucked.
Hell I temember seeing the first one in 2007 when I was working at a music store, an Authorized Fender dealer, got an Yngwie in at same tone...the thing was so cool and it felt good in my hands... you can find one of those used on Reverb for a good price... I doubt any wear and tear will make much of a difference

There would have been a Keith Richards signature model in 1988 when the Clapton and Malmsteen Strats first came out if Keith Richards had been willing. Apparently, Keith hasn’t changed his mind yet. Over at the Gibson camp the same is true for Neil Young.

What about the amp he is playing thru and the fx? Is it a fender amp? I hear some reverb? Delay? chorus? Lots of compression.
How much & where do I buy it?
Much as I like the look of a relic guitar, seeing all that rust would bug the hell out of me. Let alone I’d wanna have my own guitar and relic it through playing it for years. How about a strummer tele without the relic?!
