Some already on the stages of process of enlightenment ( there are 10 Bhumis- stages to enlightenment) . Budhisattavas are in 10 Bhumi level. Fully englitened Buddhas are at 12 Bhumis.

Haha, they are protector Gods ( Kings) - called Dharma protectors , but they are not yet enlightened, one day they will after dedicating to service of Dharma. Some already on the stages of process of enlightenment ( there are 10 Bhumis- stages to enlightenment) . Budhisattavas are in 10 Bhumi level. Fully englitened Buddhas are at 12 Bhumis.
