This statistic scared me, and I’ve said I don’t want to sit on the sidelines And watch life! I so need to meet this woman! I need her hope! Highest weight recorded for me is 365 (I’m 56 years old) and I’ve lost to 288 using keto, my little,boy died and gained it all back, and have been up and down since. Got down to 298 and gained back to 321, stopped it this time and now I’m 316.2 in this past Sundays weigh in.
