- An alternate battle between Kira Yamato using Perfect Strike Gundam and Shinn Asuka's Impulse Gundam with all 3 Silhouette packs from "Gundam SEED Destiny".

Enjoyed this a lot more than i thought i would. Though to be more accurate to an actual SEED episode, it needs at least 300% more animation recycling, and breaks in between every single attack so the pilots can argue about philosophy, and then another 150% recycled animation added in on top as well.
This killed me XD
also, i feel that to make it more accurate, this should have been the Strike Rouge with the Ootori Striker, which isnt too far off from the Perfect Strike, as the Ootori was developed from the IWSP, which, if i recall correctly, was basically a more efficient Perfect Strike, meaning Ootori is a better Perfect Strike. i might be wrong but oh well. good work tho
I'm surprised Shinn didn't run out of power spamming all those weapons.
Though we all know shinn would win a 1v1, this was still worth watching

Damn! I never thought this would be THAT good! I thought it would be like those generic stop motion films that had breaks on the animation, but you nailed the animation so well! If you just set up the background properly, it would be perfect!

This was actually pretty fun to watch, only thing that was weird was Kira's one gun being able to deflect 2 beams from Shinn's
Great work this was spectacular to watch. Speaking of someone who's worked with stop motion before I know how difficult and time-consuming it is but the final product speaks for itself this is definitely on par if not better than an actual episode of the show. Great work if you ever do another one I'd recommend the Perfect Strike versus the Destiny Impulse Gundam.

Kira doesn't want to kill him, so instead he kick him to knock his sense out.
Shinn was asking to get kicked out he was attempting to fight with just the core alone now i know why the impules had a weird blue part thats never changing color despite the impulse changes color the core is behind the impulse all along which is where shinn is.

Another title should be Original vs Remade Knockoff.
Would the "Remade Knockoff" implied to Build Strike as well or something else? Since it's also based off from Strike too.

7:11 The dialogue's a little awkward here, but this isn't the uploader's fault. The Blast Silhouette is used so infrequently that there's no case in the show of Shinn asking for it and I think that clip of Meyrin describing launching the Impulse and selecting the Blast pack is the only time in the show it gets any fanfare at all. That's all this guy had to work with for the video. As with everything else, good job and splicing the clips together.
Thanks. Since in the series, Shinn barely ever said the word "Blast" Silhouette at all, so it's kind of difficult to use any other clips besides this one only.

Great video but I feel the impulse would win. Its really just a better version of the Strike. It can swap out parts far easier then the Strike and recharge far faster due to the Deuterian beam system, plus the Perfect Strike actually is somewhat flawed due to having all its packs equipped its far heavier and slower then the impulse
Well...to be fair Impulse never really demonstrated significantly better performance than Strike. Sure Impulse had more variety of weapons (two Anti-ship swords, two huge beam cannons, a beam trident, etc).
But If anything, Impulse is just ZAFT's version of Strike with some tweaks to the design.
In the databooks, the Second Stage Series of Gundams (Chaos, Gaia, Abyss, Impulse, etc) had their power output of their weapons lowered for more battery efficiency, and to extend the life of the battery during combat. So even though Impulse is firing lots heavy beams, it's actually weaker than Strike's beams.
I think both suits are about equal in combat. But Impulse has some newer upgrades like the Deuterium beam, and spare parts that could be sent during combat.

Amazing effort and tight editing. Only complaints are factual inaccuracy ( beam sabers can't clash in SEED/SEED Destiny universe,which is kinda stupid but what can you do? ) and some of the effects were excessive, but it was still really enjoyable and would love to seem more. keep it up!

Jay Lew Pretty sure they can clash. SF's chest cannon clashed with the Destiny's beam launcher several times and the Infinite Justice was able to kick Shinn's beam boomerangs away with the beam sabers attached onto its legs.

WackyModder84??? He talked abt the shit designs of Destiny and also explained in the process how beam sabers cannot clash.
Something to do with it being particle flowing out or sth, so sth that isn't fully piece of solid but merely a bubble containing the heated particles, so when it comes into contact, the bubble burst and the heat particles burst out effectively cutting through till it regains the containment bubble to maintain its form.
Makes sense in my opinion since my idea of beam saber has always been having it constant emission of thermal energy, but with no form, it's merely a form of a flamethrower, hence needing a temporary form of containment, a "shell" rather
I never did understood of beam sabers clashing in Star Wars and Gundam. Hence I agree on the UA-camr pov, one little detail he caught is shields resilient to the beam sabers when collided, they always have the shield block it

ストライクは設定通りだとフラッシュエッジとかエクスカリバーを破壊する能力でアグニを撃ってたらすぐフェイズシフトダウンしちゃうけど、インパルスはどんだけケルベロス撃ってもスキさえ作ればデュートリオンビーム送電システムで電力回復できるから持久戦はインパルスが上だよな

Probably should be Perfect Strike vs Destiny to be more even though. Impulse has never mixed packs. I wonder what would happen.
I think it's kind of difficult to customize with the actual HG as well for Impulse's backpacks.
Late but i think its cause unlike strike in the remaster the impulse never got an upgrade where they put all its pack into one pack as oppose to the Strike..... However Destiny Impulse exist.

From one modeller to another, did you have to file away the bottom of the HGCE Aile Striker Pack top so that it fit better with the HG Perfect Striker Pack bottom so that it fit more evenly? I'm trying to recreate the Perfect Strike Gundam using the newer HGCE Strike kit as well.
I really found myself enjoying this video, and not only because Kira beat the Mr. Edgy Edgelord (Shinn), but the editing and stop-frame motions you pulled off with the model kits were phenomenal. Excellent use of the two P-Bandai Impulse Gundam models, too.
If you meant about the white piece from the Alie Striker Pack that later holds the battery pack, then yes. I replaced the HGCE with the HG one.

Beside just switching the white piece, nothing else were change. Although I wonder why Bandai hasn't barely made a HGCE Sword, Launcher or even the "actual" HGCE Perfect Strike yet.
@@AerosZeroM78 Probably the same reason why they didn't do a 1/144 HGUC REVIVE Gundam NT-1/ALEX while making plans for releasing Gundam Tristan, and instead reused the "ancient" ALEX mold. Maybe they thought we'd happily by the same kit twice despite it being over a decade old.
I actually saved the old NO GRADE Launcher Strike and Sword Strike, or at least the backpack parts. You can probably make a HGCE Sword Strike with the HG Perfect Striker pack and the NO GRADE kit if you're willing to do some sanding on the latter. The large beam cannons differ to much with the Launcher parts, so you'd be better of mainly using the parts from Perfect Strike, and just use some creativity with the NG backpack part.
And perhaps compared to the Impulses, there wasn't enough differing colored parts that warranted more HGCE Strike releases?
Bandai could also can make HGCE Justice Gundam since the beam rifle and the shield is pretty much the same as the Freedom. They could reuse the runner plates from HGCE Freedom and recolor to Justice's color, but they haven't plan that at all.
