They need to focus on fixing all the glitches rather than banning people for using them. This season is full of them and it sucks

The custom skins ban is probably also because it can very easily be used to cheat, just make every player a bright red with a big transparent block of more red behind them and suddenly you know where everyone is, and it's much easier to shoot a bright red target player model
Edit: I am done trying to argue with some of the replies, I will just say this, what I was saying isn't some conspiracy theory.

Fun fact back in the early days of chapter 1 there was a bug with a tire swing if you jumped on it it would glitch out like crazy and you would get banned because the server thought you were using speed hacks of course epic fixed this and unbanned the player's

With teaming, I used to do battlepass challenges in solo and often others were doing the same so you don't kill them, but sometimes they will muck around with you the whole round. Maybe it could be seen as teaming but I would never team up to fight so i never got banned
