I just survived a light stroke, and growing organic just means I can now feed myself organic. I wish I could of came to the conclusion before the stroke, but I guess GOD was telling me something? I've been on a plant base life style for 2 weeks now, and looking forward to the future. Some people may think that has nothing to do with growing but I feel it is, you are what you eat! I love you build a soil keep rocking
Jeremy, when you say "I could talk about this all day!", Please do! Not sure if I speak for the rest kf the community but I wouldn't not be upset of this video went on for 3-5 hours. Thanks for everything that you and the build a soil family does. This is the future, thank you soo much for being a great mentor and steward for generations to come! Loyal to the soil!!💚
this is one of the few channels that will have an obnoxious everyone friendly intro but then actually have knowledgeable people actually discuss the topic at hand. I feel like channels with an intro/approachability like that tend to be surface level and not even entirely accurate whereas this channel seems to have people who can go deep in the topics and actually understand what they're saying
Love the hemp & cherry ferment I bought from him. My current run is the first time using these ferments and it is by far the most stinky it has been. Can't wait till I run my hash. I only smoke hash so anything to make better quality is worth trying. A Canadian distro would be great tho.
Big shout-out to Miles thank you for the information on firment. I produced my first pumpkin ferment using the basic steps provided by you in a different video. But I will continue buying the comfrey ferment from you.
This episode was perfectly timed. I have been wanting to incorporate FPE, FPJ's etc into my grow but didn't know much about them. This video was extremely insightful. Thank you Jeremy!
You can use FPE at a tea spoon per gallon same with FPJ. You should into chris trump for a feeding schedule. Also. You would need all of KNF line to do out right. With about 3 feedings per week
For sure on the fermenting episode. It’s different to see a business that will help their customers make a product they sell. Thank you guys for all the knowledge you drop
dude this community has become so professional and beautiful. the bison is here and it's so very cool. knf for life. im totally going to make that shirt
Ferments especially his and growing organics are crucial part of my garden along with s few homemade flower ferments and rootbeer. Been wanting to make it into a small business just like this. Thank you.
Loved the episode as usual! Thanks Jeremy! And thank you Miles! 🙌🏾👏🏾❤ I would be so grateful 🙏🏾 to see you both do a fermentation class together! Much love to you both ❤
Started my last grow with nothing but a top dress and maintenance with my ferments I've made out of popcorn buds and vegetation from veg. Used the Jadam method of fermentation. Roughly 6 weeks from harvest, and stacking up nicely! Started with a bloom ferment last grow and notice a major difference in terps, and oils. Keep pushing the good stuff!
Great video, I found you on Perfect Gardens with Mark, isn't it great that the good people of this growing space are now starting to get together and share their fantastic knowledge, I'm in Ireland and have been watching Shane's channel Migro and buying stuff off him, he's starting to appear with Mark, most of the information on growing is junk, I'd say 90%, extremely misleading. A video on fermenting would be amazing, I've been looking into doing this as comfrey grows in abundance here and I live by the sea for kelp brews, problem there's so much bad information out there and most of it is rubbish, I'm think using an air stone while it ferments and not sure of dosing ratios, it's a minefield but I'd listen to your advice for a good place to start.
I was recommended from your staff to use insect frass fermented extract for flower . That was not mentioned on this video.. What would insect frass ferment work best through the plants life? Your and the build a soil staff are the best. THANK YOU 💯🔥🔥🔥🌱🌱💨💨💨💨
I've tried to support every drop. I've got the comfrey, pumpkin, peach and his FAA. Recently, I've found the comfrey pairs amazing with the Quinoa extract! great video!!!
Love how you invite your people to your channel and fans.....appreciate that....definitely going to look into ferments.... Can't wait for auto earthboxs.....Just ordered one for my new grow tent. Keep up the amazing work.
Sweet! I'm into trying a mix between no dig and jadam approaches for my vegetable garden and if successful will also apply this to my cbd indoor grow space! Keep up the good information job you're doing 👍
At no pint of time have I EVER felt like I couldn't take ya word Jeremy. U just give off that type of vibe. Appreciate all the I info. Fantastic episode 👏
Thank you so much for this episode! We would all still so much love you guys to follow up and Do more advanced episodes on these smaller things like knf, or compost making, almost like in season 1 was completely beginner and season two was intermediate/ advanced, would love a “deeper dive”
I completely agree. I was so pumped for season 3 but so far it feels like a re-run of season 2. It’s like he always wants to tell us how easy everything is to make, but leaves us to do all the boring research instead of showing us real quick. For a lot of stuff I have a pretty good idea how to make it, I just get so freaking bored scouring the internet and sifting though all the garbage.
Good info in this video. Miles has a contagious smile .! Love BAS videos and this one is no exception. I'm trying to implement as many lessons I can from BAS.
Thank you Jeremy and Miles. The was fantastic. Besides my reading, it has been difficult to find specific info on ferments. Jeremy’s interview with AJ filled in some of the blanks. This vid filled in a bunch more. I know I have a lot more study before I will totally understand, but at least now I know I can safely introduce these types of inputs into my grow with confidence. And I can make them on my own. Currently reading Global Natural Farming by Master Cho. Next step is to get out there and collect my own IMOs. Thanks again many times over for sharing your knowledge and experiences. Grow well my friends!
Fermentation class? Oh hell yeah! That would be awesome. I'm currently using the Pumpkin extract and the girls seem to love it. Another great, informative video. Thanks, BAS.

Thanks J for another great subject. Please run a series highlighting these fermentation techniques if/when time allows 👍 I am currently diving into that rabbit hole of knf, jadam, and basically trying to care for my soil for a 4th run in 400 gallon smart pots. On my 2nd (better hopefully) bucket of JMO to kickstart my soil tonight. 2 questions..... I have a brewery very close by and have been invited to take spent brewery grains as needed. I have experimented with one of my 400gal.smart pots by placing roughly 5 gallons of spent grains onto the surface with a light surface mixing. After approx. 2 weeks the worm activity has literally EXPLODED! Any thoughts of what potential harm or help I may run into? If the initial worm activity is any indication I think it may be another possible free source of goodness.... 2nd question Any suggestions on a old school No. Cali strain from the 70s or 80s that has that undeniable pinene terp profile. Unfortunately, in my aging circle either that old favorite has been forgotten or re named to fit the masses. Any help suggestions would be greatly appreciated.. OSO52

If you haven’t made the education video on making it all I’ll search and find what you’ve revealed !
I have an off topic question for you. I'm about to start 2 brand new grass roots living soil raised beds. My question is. Would it be beneficial for me to add mycorrhizal fungi to my soil. Was thinking of adding it lasagna style. Your thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated 🙏
