- I've almost always used gas to cook and have never really been a fan of electric stoves tops as they are dangerous, make a mess and are hard to clean. In our new home, we had the option for electric and I started to freak out but as a fan of my smaller single induction cooktop, I started to do some more research and was able to work out an upgrade with the builder for an induction stove with air fry and I'm glad we did -- see why in this video.

Everybody talks about how the oven works. I have searched endlessly to find anyone who is shown how the cooktop actually works. However, it turns on what size pan you need lol I guess I just have to buy one to find out.
Great review. Really thinking of switching from gas.
Go for it -- this thing heats up food both on cooktop and in oven so quick -- its awesome. Works great with our cast irn pans too. Just be careful with anything heavy as cooktop is glass. :-)
@@DamnGoodReviews thanks
Appreciate it! Working on the wiring for it now.
Good luck!
Like the look of the control panel on the front with no knobs. My only concern is if the panel on the front is hard to see while standing up next to it. Kind of like drawer microwaves have to get the slanted display to see well.
Depending on how tall you are it could be a minor inconvenience. They also have same stove with the panel and controls on back too at the time that one was less expensive
What kind of baking trays u can use
Any type really.. but if you want air fryer feature to work you should get pans for that. Our favorite function is really the quick preheat and how fast it heats thing up on the burners /elements
Great Review. What pans do you use?
Cast Iron Pans / Skillets from Lodge work great! amzn.to/3XHmpUm

my brother has this stove and its thw worst stove I've ever used .gas stoves are 1000 tones superior because you can control the temperature. the touch screen doesn't work. the touch screen literally doesn't work.
We did not have option for gas but this oven and stove top works great!
I have read that the heating elements don't keep larger pans heat evenly distributed. The elements are small in size that heat up. Also there is no simmering option for the elements.
Seems to work great for us on all the pans we use and heats evenly.
Any issues yet with this range?
Only that we set something heavy down and it did make a small chip in the cooktop glass (surface chip) but still works no issues. Otherwise works great!
Bought mine a year ago, and just stopped working while I was using it! Whole thing turned off and won’t turn back on. No unplugging it didn’t help. Breaker idea didn’t work either. Warranty just expired. Just an FYI to those wanting to buy this.
We always buy extended warranties with these larger appliances... after a major headache with a fridge this seems to be the best thing to do. Sorry you are having this issue.
Don't buy this thing I have one and it is terrible! And this is the 2nd Frigidaire induction range I've owned...
Tell us not! We love ours
