That’s a great run though of the adventure. I like that you review it from your point of view as the GM, instead of sort of comparing it to other modules. Great insights into what can be confusing and so on
I really appreciated this for its realness. I think sometimes the OSR community can latch onto something that reads really well and has a lot of great ideas in it, without ever actually running it. Nothing against Chance, because this is a great OSR adventure. But your frustrations while running it make a lot of sense, although I did luckily notice the map errors when I read it (areas 3 and 4 are also swapped in the goblin castle).
