Here's how I see the line distribution with Felix... He doesn't get a lot of lines, BUT he gets the most iconic and memorable lines. I would love to see him get more, but I think what they're doing with Felix is effective. Whenever I watch people react Stray Kids for the first time, so many people point him out. With the lines he does get and his unique voice, giving him less lines makes people want more. They want to see and hear him more so they'll more then likely check out Stray Kids because of it. I see it as a market move. Either way, I love Felix and am happy that people recognize his talent :)
It's only iconic cause he has deep voice but if he hadn't then it won't stand out as much, so him and Minho definitely needs more.

Because Felix has a really special voice he gets very memorable lines, and it's not JYP who gives the lines it's normally themselves who do it (probably 3racha since they're the main writers or the lyrics) so trust me they know what they're doing! They give lines to the members that fit the most for those lines.
That means that inn this song Felix might not have as many lines as some other members, but in others songs some other songs he has more lines that some of the members. So it all depends on whose voice fits better to sing/rap that specific line, and since Felix has a very special voice, he gets also really memorable/special lines that show off his voice the best way. That's also why his (Felix) lines are always iconic and you'll probably always remember them.
And Felix also gets a decent amount of screentime.

Felix is one of the main dancers! He has an incredibly unique voice, super versatile range and can both sing and rap!!! His dancing skills are amazing though!

I've watched a lot of Stray Kids reaction videos, but this one is by far my favorite. The fact that its just some guys chillin out and vibing to Stray Kids and absolutely losing it and having fun with the music and the dances is so fun to watch. I used to think the lack of lines Felix got was unfair, but I've come to realize something. Stray Kids are the writers and producers of all their own music, which means they also decide who's going to sing when - they would do their best to give everyone fair play, and if anyone felt left out, they could fix that. In Felix's case, his voice is so unique and impactful, he is a weapon and Stray Kids know exactly how to use him. The parts he has are short, but they're so impactful BECAUSE they're short, it always leaves you wanting more and it's so memorable. He doesn't have many parts, but the parts he does have could not be done by anyone else.
Unfortunately I think because Felix's voice is so deep they use it as a stand out moment, which means it appears rarely in each song for the effect it has when he does eventually use it
