I realized these days that the most effectively practice for fluently is repeating of English link phrases, which native speakers say fast and ununderstandable. So I verbally remember its and then more easier recognise them.

Dear Tiffany. I kindly ask u not to laugh at me. But it really happened to me at my 14. I had just been transferring my learning of English into a studying phase when mr. Clinton, the President of the USA came to me in a dream and said one phrase only - Igor, if u want to speak English - think it. In the morning I realized a switcher in my braine - I could make sentences and speak without a previous translation from Russian into English. So I DO agree with u, its gotta turn brain into thinking in English. Thanks for your time.
