I think dhalsim's drill move is only safe if it hits below the knees kinda like Cammy's cannon strike cause you hit the ground and can block. The higher up, the longer the opponent has to punish. (Especially since Dahlsim seems to kinda float)
Dhalsim's drill seems a lot worse in this game than previous installments, too. It always had its weaknesses, but it just seems like it's always punished in 6.
As others in the comments have said, this is also my first Street Fighter AND fighting game, and it's so gosh dang fun. I'm so happy to see Charlie playing this consistently, I really hope he plays this for a while.

SF 6 one of the greatest game ever. If you learn fighting games no other games can fill their special taste. Fighting games are giving max control over your character. Dear Charlie. Even as 20 years fighting gamer Dhalsim is hard character for me to learn probably hardest character in the game
My advice for people who play on Classic controls. Instead of blocking the attack parry it then u have a better chance to counter hit ur opponent and keep them in check. 🙏🏻 Also instead of using the Y+B/Triangle+Circle to parry use the LT.

actually parrying is more unsafe than block, the advantage to parrying is that it fills the drive meter however it’s actually slower to recover than blocking is so overall it’s better to block. Parry’s are also easy to punish if you’re playing against a player that notices how often you use them.
So glad big streamers get in touch with fighting games. Street Fighter 6 is best game i played so far. Combos are so versatale especially with drive parry in result there is unlimeted posssibilities. Every characters are enjoyable to play. Music animations designs mechanics voices soundracts anything is great in this game. Truly deserving 10/10 game .

Hello Charlie’s community I have a question, I never played a street fighter game in my life(more of a mortal kombat guy) I’m debating should I buy street fighter 6 or save for new mortal combat? Anyone who has street 6 tell me the pros and cons please
SF6 is not worth it as it will be getting multiple expensive dlcs for the next couple of years as well as multiple battle passes. MK is more complete and will have a couple dlcs within a year or two. Get MK. If you're still interested in SF I would recommend SF5 Champion Edition which has all the characters and costumes for $20 when on sale.
Don't listen to this guy. ^^ Sf6 is worth the money if you like fighting games. There's a lot of single player content as well including a classic arcade mode. Plus you can always download the demo to get a feel for it.
