Watching this as a 72 year old woman, seeing myself play violin in this video brings back so many memroies. Xxibit was such a kind, shy young soul that day. When worlds colided rap and classical, whod have thought!
Can you tell us any stories from that day or how you got there?
Wow... so were you actually playing while he we rapped the lyrics, or was it just for the visuals.
Beautiful music.
Thank you Ma'am
How cool is that. Yes 2 completely different worlds colliding

Real hip hop is still here. It just isn't as popular as it used to be.

Peter Hase crazy. But true

There are whack rappers like Juvenile,Vanilla Ice, Silkk the Shocker or Master P back then
Who'd have thought a 90s rap song together with an italian mafia storyline could create such an epic iconic scene.. big ups to the soprano creators
I freaking love it when classical and hip hop comes together, its such a passionate sound

Xzibit doesn’t get enough credit for being such an amazing lyricist

I agree with that. To me, this song from Xzibit still has a place in one of my all-time favorites songs.

And a real one on top
I met him briefly at a car show, he signed autographs for everyone, was super down to earth, and this was on his birthday. I'll always be a fan, for that reason.
Cool
There is a story, when Mohamad Ali was young he met a famous boxer and he wouldn't give him his autograph, so Ali said when I make it I will always sign autographs. And he did, so his autograph is not very rare.
