I’m never getting over this ending or the fact that it’s canon that Heidi fell in love with Saff at first sight and that’s part of why she knew she had to end things with Tabby that night 🥲 We all thought Saff fell first but it was Heidi - even if it took her a little longer to accept her feelings. I love them so much, thank you Flunk and to Madelyn and Holly for giving us Heidi and Saffron ❤️❤️❤️

@@livhughes5958 No, they aren't. Seasons and 6 are a largely new cast - though there are a couple of other returning faces. We wanted to create a new 'jumping in' point for viewers. We're exploring the possibility of doing new movies with some of the old characters though - pick up where they are in their 20s!

Ruby's motivations are made more clear when you see the casual homophobia of her sister and what's likely present in her family. This also explains her strong attempts at getting with boys early on, trying to push away her queerness. She's been homophobic and a bully since the beginning of this series, but I think if Celeste and her had an opportunity to discuss why Celeste was so hurt and why Ruby acted how she did, they could actually be good for each other lol. Make Celeste more understanding and less judgmental and make Ruby more accepting of herself and others, just a thought.
At least Astrid also has a happy end with Maxine

Heidi knows damn well she wasn't thinking she chose the wrong cheerleader at that sleepover 😂 I'm 100% behind Heidi & Saffron but in The Sleepover Heidi was absolutely in love with Tabby, so lets not downplay that relationship. In Afterschool, Heidi and Saffron began building their relationship and their love has grown ever since. What I wanna know is if Tabby got an invite to the wedding 😆
Well no because Heidi and Tabby were together for about 2 weeks and they broke up that night as soon as Tabby said one thing she didn’t like. If she “loved” Tabby she’d want to fight for their relationship and actually stick around. The only girl Heidi ever said “I love you” to was Saff for a reason

Episode 16 is 3x as long as a normal episode - season 5 is going out with a bang! This is the last time you'll see Heidi and Saffron, but Ruby is back in our new movie Lost & Found You, and Season 7. There's also a couple more returns coming up we're yet to announce. Watch this space!

Idk if this has already been mentioned but what content is going to be posted to youtube (if any) in the coming weeks? Obviously season 6 is coming in late 2024 but I can't cope with no flunk till then!
We'll take a short break before sharing our new little movie 'Lost & Found You' - which acts as a prequel to season 6. (You'll see how Kerri and Beth fall in love!). There's a second movie coming too, which continues that story and introduces the remaining new characters.
