for marination
turmeric powdder 1 tsp
chili powder 2 tsp
garam masalahalf tsp
salt
vinegar 2tsp
FOR PICKLE
chicken 1kg
gingelly/seseme oil 1/4 litre
garlic45 gm
ginger 45 gm
green chilli
curry leaves
methi powder/uluva
chili powder 8 tsp
turmeric powder 1 tsp
hing 1 tsp(kayam)
vinegar 200 ml
salt 3 tsp
DRY PRAWNS CHAMANDI
