Carrying in the heat!

A quick video with some tips for babywearing / carrying your baby in hot weather:
Pick a sling for the weather:
Maybe choose breathable natural fibres
Maybe choose a lightweight technical fabric
Maybe choose a one shoulder carry: e.g. MiniMonkey Mini Sling or the classic ring sling
Keep yourself cool to keep you both from overheating:
Wet muslin on your neck
Shade
Hydrate
Airflow
Hats
Take a break!
