Popcorn machines have been a success since 2016 for me. I used to rent them and cater them in a package of Popcorn, snow cone, and cotton candy machine.

When you give out a qoute what are you referring to .metric or US . I thought Canadian standard was metric?
Canada follows the International Metric System.
Canadians measure the weather in degrees Celsius, gas in litres, speed in kilometres per hour (km/h), road signs and maps displaying distances in kilometres. Cars have metric speedometers and odometers. Most of our speedometers include smaller figures in miles per hour (mph).
But it starts getting weird with some of the little things. Canadians use a mix of metric and imperial measurements in our daily lives.
Newborns are measured in kilograms at hospitals, but the birth weight and length is also announced to family and friends in pounds, ounces, feet and inches.
Tents we do pop up tents, marquees (High Peak Frame Tent) and pole tents in feet and clearspan tents are measured in Metres.

Pros and cons for truck vs large van.
Can get a tail lift installed on both (most important for staging, dance floors etc etc)
Trucks registration and insurance much more expensive, also tolls much more expensive for trucks
Van (large mercedes sprinter) way cheaper to run, upkeep probably cheaper, but do they run as long.
Vans more easy to manoeuvre and easier to teach staff to drive.
Im leaning towards large van with tail lift, am i missing anything?
Yes a van all day especially with the lift gate should be perfect! In my opinion at least! I have a truck with a pull trailer and it sure is hard to maneuver if you are a beginner. (Which I was)
Hey Lee, where you getting your tents from? Which manufacturer?
How did you rent your tabletop items before? I know I saw in an old video they were subrented but how’d you go about that with the other company as far as like availability etc?
I made a deal where I would rent them my items for 25% off and in turn they would rent me their items for 25% off. We had a set day every week where I would pick up new items and drop old ones. It was a great deal until they decided to change my discount, luckily I was big enough by then that I was able to get my own processing line going for linens and table ware.
