I achieved 96% on PC with relcs beta 6.0 but 4% is not present in the game with vigilante side mission, karmageddon side mission, avenging angels side mission and slash tv side mission. hopefully they will add these 4 side missions in the future update so we can complete this game 100%.. in my opinion this game is much more better than Vice City Stories in terms of side missions
