This is the kind of message i love to teach on myself...to 'clear up' my God's name and character and to defend Him. I love the killing of the religious spirit...and you, Andrew Womack, kill it wonderfully. So don't apologize for being blunt about the truth, it needs to be addressed for what it is! And i know exactly who you are referring to as far as the quadriplegic, because I've always believed that she could be healed and have prayed that she would have that revelation knowledge.

Good morning Andrew, I feel in my heart that you need to preach on "How to identify false prophets". I was listening to one of your preaching where you told a story about a Pastor told you that you will be sick for 6 years and after that you will come back strong but he got it wrong when he said that the Lord said you must do bible fast during that period which against the word of the Lord. Then you rejected those prophecy in his presence and your methodist pastor. I really want you to make a series out of that because there's several false prophets who use their stand as a pastor to deceive Christians. Thanks.

Absolute Nonsense. The Bible has told you by their fruits you'll know them. Is false prophets the Gospel? Why dont you preach it? What you claim to be feeling in your heart is not from God. Cut the crap. We want to know about Jesus.

My friend, please be patient with her. We don't know what background she could be coming from. Perhaps she grew up in a very religious setting where heretical "prophesies" born out of ignorance of New Covenant truths were rampant. Also, perhaps she's new to hearing God's voice and is still unsure about how to tell the difference between her own transient thoughts and God's voice.
I agree with you that identifying false prophets ought to come as a byproduct of what we learn from the Gospel, but we should try to explain this to people in a more gentle manner. Proverbs 16:21 tells us that "... the sweetness of the lips increaseth learning." In other words, when we teach in a gentle manner, we're more persuasive. Yes, sometimes the truth just simply isn't easy to swallow, but it should never be made even harder to understand due to the coarseness of our speech.
I hope that you take this the right way. I got frustrated reading her comment, too, but what helps me cool off in situations like this one is remembering that, if it weren't for Jesus, then I'd be going straight to hell, because I'm just as deserving of hell as anyone else.

Romans 13:1 - Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.
Ephesians 1:11 - In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works everything in conformity with the purpose of his will,
2 Peter 3:8-9 - But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.
If god didn't want adam and eve to know evil, then he should have kept out the evil serpent.
Scripture says, God works “all things according to the counsel of his will” (Ephesians 1:11)

    Love ya Andrew, but NOPE!
    Romans 9
17 For the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might shew my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth.
18 Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardeneth.
19 Thou wilt say then unto me, Why doth he yet find fault? For who hath resisted his will?
20 Nay but, O man, who art thou that repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus?
21 Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?
22 What if God, willing to shew his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction:
23 And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory.
    -----
And *the Lord hardened the heart of Pharaoh* , and he hearkened not unto them; as the Lord had spoken unto Moses.
    Exodus 9.12
Woe unto the world because of offences! for *it must needs be that offences come* ; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh!
    Matt 18:7
(Andrew, offenses “must come”. You just said they don’t have to and that it is just us doing what God didn’t need or even want.)
And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: *whereunto also they were appointed*
    1 Pet 2:8
    (Some were APPOINTED to disobedience)
*The Lord hath made* all things for himself: yea, even *the wicked for the day of evil*
    Prov 16:4
(Repeat: the Lord made the wicked)
According as *he hath chosen us* in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: Having *predestinated us* unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to *the good pleasure of his will*
    Eph 1:4-5
Looking unto Jesus *the author and finisher of our faith*
    Hebrews 12:2a
I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body *be preserved* blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
    1 Thessalonians 5.23b
*God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification* of the Spirit and belief of the truth.
    2 Thessalonians 2.13b
For both *he that sanctifieth* and they who *are sanctified* are all of one..
    Hebrews 2.11a
To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and *the justifier* of him which believeth in Jesus. *Where is boasting then? It is excluded.* By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.
    Romans 3.26-27
*For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God*
    Ephesians 2:8
Jer 1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and *before thou camest forth out of the womb* I sanctified thee, and *I ordained thee a prophet* unto the nations.

Would it be considered blasphemy to say that God “allows” things to “teach us” something?

    • @judonnecole7035
      @judonnecole7035 2 роки тому +2

Not blasphemy, just incorrect. When we say God allows certain things, it calls for an explanation. Satan's job is to still, kill and destroy. If it wasn't for God's grace, sin would have done much more damage to the world and people. Since God does not control anyone ( He won't make us do anything ), He doesn't control the world. He used His forcefield of grace on me all of my life. He lightened blows of my sins so to speak. While it's true that we may learn from our experiences and God may use that vulnerable moment to get something through to us, He didn't orchestrate any of it. it comes down to what your focus is. if you're grace conscious, you'll make note of all your blessings and situations God got you out of as opposed to your shortcomings.

    • @judonnecole7035

@Mike65809 Yes, he absolutely can. He's done it several times in my life. Statistically, I should have been murdered a long time ago. I think the question really should be : why doesn't grace save Everyone from premature death or injury? That, I can only speculate. As for me, I have a higher calling to ministry and a special assignment. I say this because on two separate occasions, by two different evangelist, I was told that God had a special plan for me. Also, a woman that I didn't know walked up to me out of nowhere and told me that I would be a pastor. My wife thinks they were angels. I never thought of that.

How can this be a teaching on the nature of God, when no scriptures were read? Personal examples and life stories do not teach the nature of God. Examples and stories may help us understand some things in life but without the written Word all you have is stories, illustrations and examples of life. I know this because I have been preaching for 42 years and have to be careful to teach and preach the Word, not stories, examples or illustrations. The video lasted almost 30 minutes and no scripture exposition was given.

@@word.of.faith.indonesia Good comment and it is re assuring to see an agreement with our observation and from what I can ascertain is a solid perspective. There is a scripture in the Bible that says God did not know how far man would take sin Jeremiah 32:35 indicating God does not know all that will happen in the future. I believe when it is possible to know he can certainly give people prophecy for certain future events or something that he has ordained. This is key, do abit of research on teachings on the Authority of the Believer. This was NOT meant to be a God in Charge- humans subservient set up. God Created Human beings to PARTNER with God. You literally have to be in agreement with Him to have His will done. If you are not, then you give place to the enemy and that's how you cant receive from God, or it becomes that much harder for His will to be done. Alot comes into play' the words you speak, your heart attitude, your choices...all these things that the world tells you don't matter. THEY ABSOLUTELY DO. God gave Adam dominion, but they CHOSE to disobey, there was potential for it, buy he did not want to make this a master servant relationship, so He gave them the opportunity to CHOOSE. you have ALOT MORE POWER AND AUTHORITY THAN YOU UNDERSTAND. These teachings coupled with you just reading the bible text on the subject are life changing, Perspective shifting.
