‘내 눈물 모아’는 ‘비운의 하이틴 스타’라 불리는 고(故) 서지원이 지난 1996년 발매한 곡으로, 지난 4월 30일 방송된 ‘슬기로운 의사생활’ 8회 속 의대 5인방의 밴드
연주신에 등장해 화제를 모은 바 있다.
‘내 눈물 모아’ 가창을 맡은 휘인은 섬세하면서도 슬픔을 절제한 듯한 보이스를 통해 90년대 발라드 대명사인 ‘내 눈물 모아’를 더욱 아름답고 감성적으로 완성시켰다.
어쿠스틱 편곡과 휘인만의 담담한 보컬은 이 곡이 가진 특유의 분위기를 더욱 극대화시켰다. 이번 리메이크 버전 ‘내 눈물 모아’는 원곡과 달리 서정적인 어쿠스틱 기타를
중심으로 스트링과 하모니카 연주가 더해져 쓸쓸함을 고조 시켜주는 노래로 재탄생됐다. 편곡은 청하 ‘Snapping’, ‘멜로가 체질’ OST ‘흔들리는 꽃들 속에서 네 샴푸향이
느껴진거야’ 천우희,안재홍 버전과 발라드 버전 등을 작업한 한재완 작곡가가 맡았다.
최근 ‘슬기로운 의사생활’은 조정석의 ‘아로하’ 음원차트 1위를 비롯해 회차별 테마와 어울리는 다양한 OST를 통해 뜨거운 반응을 얻고 있다.
특히 과거 명곡들을 재조명하는 색다른 리메이크 작품으로 호평받는 것은 물론, 의대 5인방이 보여주는 우정과 사랑에 대한 몰입도를 높이고 있다.
매주 회차별로 테마곡이 출시되는 만큼 어느 노래가 리메이크 될지 드라마 팬들의 기대가 모아지고 있다. 이 가운데 약 24년이 흐른 지금까지도 ‘불후의 명곡’으로

This song was originally from Seo Ji Won. He attempt to commit suicide at very young age of 19 in year 1996. This song was in his second album and this album released 3 weeks after his death. The song were already recorded but they haven’t shot any music videos, so as you can see the music video was made from old video clips and also his funeral video clips. At that time, many fans cheer for late Seo and this song would stay at #1 for three weeks although he is not on beautiful world anymore

Let's all be honest here. If Wheein and Mamamoo in general came from a big company, they would conquer the world. They're so talented in any aspects plus they have the best personality to match. But on the brighter side, I feel relieved that they are under RBW 'cause their ceo takes good care of them and never held them back (unlike ALL these big companies full of ego), not to mention giving them all the solos each member deserves. I said it before and I will say it again, Mamamoo is the only 3rd generation group I will ever respect.

If they were to be reborn as idols again, I would still choose RBW for them. Other moos may hate the CEO for over-working them, but for me he is the best CEO out there. He cares for his artists, he also gives them freedom, from outfits, composing songs etc. If they were under the Big3 I don’t think they will be happy about it. MMM doesn’t care about popularity, giving quality songs and performances to their fans is enough for them

Jung Wheein says she's not into ballad but ballad calls on her. She's an under-rated artist, having a vocal like hers netz are blind to see it. She tops on Charts, won 1st yet people still sleeps on her talent. She came from a small company but she has a big light on her. If people could only support her, if people could only listen to her more. Jung Wheein will be one of the top vocalist in there. She's a versatile artist. I can not comprehend how Wheein is so underrated! She’s seriously an all around artist, she has perfect vocals, complete with control and emotions! An amazing dancer whose moves are not only fluid but sharp and detailed! Amazing stage presence complete with on point facial expressions...the more I fall down the mamamoo rabbit hole the more it just hurts to see how people just seems to overlook her at first because she literally is the ACE. The crazy part is it just seems like from all we’ve seen from her, it’s barely scratch the surface of her talents I swear. She just impresses me every damn time and she does it so flawlessly and there’s just an ease to it. What a true saying it is that once you Whee-in you can’t Whee-out! I can’t wait to see what else she has in store!

Her voice control is everything. She plays within notes very neatly and smoothly. There’s no tension in her voice..she lets it out with emotions. Excellent technique in singing. Wheein is that one singer who wouldn’t hurt her voice or run out of breath if she sings for hours; she is the one who’s on right pitch all the time even if the melody’s off. The one with the best falsetto in kpop, the one with the clear vibratos. The one who can sing both high pitch and low pitch perfectly. Wheein may sing only sweet songs but we cannot deny the fact that she still has powerful voice inside her. Her live singing is a replica of studio version. Wheein is just vocal genius. Once you whee-in you cannot whee-out. Fight me.

One thing that I haven't seen the comments is....
Wheein's voice has a healing ability. And I quote the other members on this - especially I remember Solar saying this on one of their interviews. Her voice is soothing... the type of an artist that if you are broken hearted, she'll make you cry but will heal you. Her empathic voice is something that I want to hear during this pandemic. At least for a moment, when we listen to her songs, her ballads, we will feel better and "healed" afterwards.
