Multicoloured Lasers

I don't know much about this bit of vinyl.....
I thinks it's UK around 90 - 91.
On a white label... with just the name multicoloured lasers.
Sorry about the sound quality, i've tweaked it as much as the original pressing would allow!
Anybody with more info ?
