They hate when you know your rights. Hell, they hate that you HAVE rights!
The best comment ever
They act all smug and arrogant but in reality they come across as ignorant bullies!
@@leskerr9446 yeah with immunity
@@leskerr9446
It is part of their training.
In 1970 at the academy we were taught, there are only two kinds of people, us and them.
They have been Hired to take your Rights, and Kill you if you are Black and Refuse to Comply with their wishes! And, they are not to Worry, Qualified Immunity is there to Help them!
As they walk away in a defeated manner not being able to charge/arrest anyone because this awesome man knew his rights.👍👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
“I’m not here to infringe on your rights”--Right after he tried to infringe on his rights. Never trust them.
Exactly. I don’t understand why these guys were given the credit for stating they don’t violate your rights, after they just tried! They didn’t just ask, they stated he needed to.
@@doribellan - Thank you to both you and Greg! That was EXACTLY my thought: This guy tries to intimidate him with, “reasonable suspicion,” then four minutes later he’s backpedaling with, “We have reasonable suspicion to talk to you.” No sweet pea, you’re either a dullard or a bald-faced liar - that’s NOT what you opened with. You tried to coerce him to ID. So spare me your rubbish about how much you respect his rights. You only respect them until the point where it becomes inconvenient for you, then it’s all, “I have a job to do…” bullshit. Yeah, you have a job to do, so go fucking do it you goldbrick and quit asking me to do it for you.
The hypocrisy is unbelievable!
But most people are idiots and will agree they didn't do anything to RN in the 1st place 🤪
Quick answer "cool story, especially after stating I had to ID because you had a call"...They must believe their own lies to pose as "heroes"
In a sense he is correct.
However he is trying to enforce his own laws on you.
Do you remember the bullies in school?
They respect your rights, yet surround you like a criminal.
During these audits, It really is amazing how no law is ever broken until the police show up.
👍👏👏👏🤔🤨🤠✌
I noticed that too...
Crap how did I miss that. Nice
Is their way
You are so literally right
Cops thought they would violate Mr. Awesome’s constitutional rights! Walk of shame!
“The police are the biggest supporters of peoples rights!” I can’t stop laughing😂😂😂
Hahahahahaha!!!
I simply love that they tried to violate his rights and then end the encounter by reminding him to respect the rights of others. The irony is fucking fantastic.
Yeah that was a good one, almost as good as the lawyer who got arrested on a traffic stop because she refused to answer any questions, she confirmed thats why she was being arrested, because she was remaining silen, then immeditely the cop read her the Miranda rights which obviously begin with "you have the right to remain silent". I wonder if in that exact moment he knew he had seriously messed up.
When the LT said “we’re the biggest supporters of people’s rights,” I lost it 😂😂😂
He full of crap
Same here lol
Lt is one of two things, if not both, a pathological liar and / or a idiot.
🤣🤣🤣🤣 cracked me up to 🤣🤣🤣🤣
“In this day and age “, it’s appalling to see how many public servants have no concept of the boundaries of their jurisdiction. The common and continual abuse of the public by public servants is disgusting.
We have to put under our Jurisdiction as citizens I remember once upon a before the The Bush Bill if you caught a policeman commiting a Crime WE THE PEOPLE could enact a CITIZEN ARREST and hold him until another officer came and took custody and statement under Affirmation and Oath...💤😴⏰🚨😫😊😃😫😯😲😧😖😭
And the taxpayers pay for the cops to abuse them and violate their rights. Read my comments and you will learn very important US TITLE CODES THAT BACK THE CONSTITUTION.
They haven't been teaching civics, or The Constitution, in GOVERNMENT schools in decades. It's not good for the rabble to know their rights.
every time l hear "in this day and age",l wonder did Bin Laden fly a plane into the 4th amendment???
I love how the auditor made a point of saying, in effect, a call to the police is not justification for the forced surrender of ID. I hope that auditors in the future make a habit of incorporating this into their lexicon. Great job, guys.
*That's: Rogue Nation*
Thank you paul i learned a new word today. Very cool.
Paul Coffland. I totally agree with your excellent observation and for advocating that auditors utilise the point about "a call" not justifying the violation of people's rights.
a call does not rise to the level of probable cause, thats the supreme courts wording.
Every time I hear a cop say we are one of the biggest supporters of the constitution, I see the opposite. If George didn’t know his rights they would have violated every right he has.
Biggest supporters of your rights! I spit my water out on that one.
For real. I wish I could express through keystrokes the intensity of my eyeroll on that bullshit statement.
The right to false arrest, the right to police harasssment, the right to be tazed, the right to be pepper sprayed.
Coffee up my nose!
I think the whole world did. What a BSer!
😅😅
That second officer not only uncovering his badge where something had covered it, but also verbally stating his badge number without even being asked made my day. Don't see that kind of thing in these videos often.
Lol. I love this guy's response to the officer. It's not illegal..you guy's are good..goodbye. lol..I was rolling
Lol
The way it SHOULD BE!
Make sure you know your rights, and make sure you have a 🤳 camera. 👮🏻♂️🎬🎥 Film the police at all times.
I love how this guy acts so calm
We're not trying to violate anybody rights, but we are gonna try like hell to do so.

Harassment or bullying > This is harassing someone else
Even when they know they re in the wrong they still have to lecture you and have the last word!
Blah, blah, blah, as a response will suffice.........
ConTrol
The scary part is they sit in meetings and they are taught this after taking and oath not to violate our rights.
RN makes me laugh at how cool calm and collected he is , he actually shocks cops at times when he spouts off the facts
First in to harass and bully an unarmed driver. Last in to defend a child from another bully with a gun.
A bogus call to the police is a crime and the criminal they should be interrogating is the caller
I get the feeling that nobody called. Don't forget, police officers are permitted to lie.
@@mervyngreene6687 they should go down town and find out if a call was made. At least if there wasn't you would have the satisfaction of calling the cops a liar in front of their mothers
@@jamesreagle245 I think that we are beyond the point of trying to embarrass or shame these liars. It is time to revisit what we permit police officers to do and say.
The problem is that the courts have been the primary agent in permitting the police to avoid any real direct consequences for their actions.
The courts created the doctrine of Qualified Immunity. Then they applied it in such a way that it protects cops in almost every situation.
The courts have permitted the police to lie, deceive, and bully anyone with impunity.
They have interpreted resisting arrest, reasonable suspicion, and what police behavior is allowed under the fourth and fifth amendment to the point that these rights are in danger of being non-existent.
The Cops seem to be the ones breaking the law here.
Whatever happened to a person's right to face his accuser in the open?
"Any reason you want to be [filming]?"
Two words: transparency and accountability.
So the lieutenant just admitted to breaking, essentially everyone’s 4th amendment that he comes upon. Should that put into question every stop/arrest he’s ever done in his career?
Not as funny as the cop who said to LIA, "we get the names of EVERYONE we come into contact with".
Did they get his name? :( answers on a postcard if you think they did). 😅
For a bunch of people claiming to be law enforcement. How come they don’t seem to know the law and are ignorant to the law⁉️
He not only educated them, HE built a bridge, I saw it, those LEOs got it. This auditor is TOP NOTCH!
They still did not get it. Just backed off of him because he knows his rights. They will ID the next person
No they didn't get it because if they had he wouldn't have said I not trying to infringe on your right immediately after having tried to infringe on his rights. If they had got it he would have said. I am sorry sir I realize now that I did just attempt to violate your rights by lying to you and trying to intimidate you into surrendering your rights. But they did ask his UA-cam channel so mabye after they have spent some time watching these types of Videos then mabye there eyes can be opened and they can say I was blind but now I can see and learn just how evil and tyrannical there actions are and have been then mabye they will actually get it but I for 1 will not be holding my breath to wait on that.

Well, yeah. Americans let the state educate their kids, and then are confused why the state doesnt teach their kids not to trust the enforcers of the state..
Amazing how polite they get once they realize the person they're dealing with knows their rights. Cops have become governement operatives and act like gestapo.
Black cop looks down. He's seen this shit before and is embarrassed.
Løl
Black cop is a cutie pie...
😬I saw that 🤣🤣🤣
Bet he can chunk a spear pretty far too.
Why do you have to mention his race or color? You could have said the younger cop.
The Supreme Court has ruled that the police have no duty to protect anyone therefore they do not have to respond to any calls whatsoever.
"I'm not trying to infringe on anyone's rights"....um, but you DID try. Under the guise of (got a call) and (protocol) you acted as if the auditor had to id.
1AM, not ONLY "acted" like he had to ID, but actually said that outright..... until he got shot down and AFTER his little off-camera phone call.
As "nice" as these cops PRETEND to be.... sadly, the fast majority "IN THIS DAY AND AGE" are NOT.
Their one and only motivation is to harass citizens and get as many IDs as possible.
And yes, 1AM, there IS a nation-wide "database" that they try to keep hidden. It's there!
Add on top of that, add *NCIC* to the mix.
Oh, and if you are a Canadian getting stopped, USA cops can also access *CPIC* .
So many databases, so little time.
and then the next line is 'but that suspicion gives us reason'... these cops have learned nothing except to wait till the cameras are off before going all out
Wow these guys knew you where on the up. Great job! And good video my friend!
"Reasonable suspicion of a crime." I have noticed that cops, more times than not, can't ever tell what crime because they know that there isn't a crime.
Sometimes cops will acknowledge the "reasonable articulable suspicion" part but forget about the "of a crime" part. One has to wonder if they they deliberately leave out the "of a crime" part during academy training.
@@skipondowntheroad5833 They leave it out on purpose.
Essentially, if you are not aware of the rights you have, you are more likely to roll over because you're afraid of being arrested if you're wrong.
And since they have immunity for illegal acts that weren't "aware of" but you don't, you have a significant disadvantage.
The police are generally decent people individually, but when they have you in an official sense, they are absolutely not ever your friends.
That first cop tried to be a pig and violate your 4th amendment rights, then did a Uturn when he came across the wrong guy. He's still gonna pull that BS with other people.
Why does it take 4 officers to answer to this call?
Exactly
Because they're definitely "NOT" over funded.......
Officer safety. 😆
Intimidation tactics
Because the most dangerous weapon used against police was being held by a citizen, its called a camera.
I'm telling Dothan and Houston County are totally out of control!!! They mess with me and my husband all the time!!! I am so glad I watched this because you are teaching me a lot! And it just tripped me out when you said Dothan!! They are crooked around here no pull you over for anything throw you in jail for anything and everything it's crazy! Watching this teaches me next time I get pulled over by one of those assholes what to do! Thank you
"we got a phone call" is when you call the non emergency line and tell them "I am surrounded by four men with guns and I need help" to prove what a phone call is worth.
Especially when you call on your cell, right in front of them 😅
A reasonable suspicion OF ???
Even in the so called "stop and I.D. states" an officer must have suspicion OF A CRIME before they can detain or demand ANYTHING.
"Not here to infringe on your rights" directly after trying to infringe on his rights. Truly pathetic.
nice work , this guy is the best auditor I have had heard.Polite and knowledgeable. Well done
Probation and correctional facilities need auditing mote than any other public utility.
Al - YUP
The courts are in need of making them public again. Too many judges shut the doors to our courtrooms and that's not how things are supposed to be.
@@MrSlicky77 BIG facts!
*Al Gore -ithm* On which indicators are you basing that opinion?
@@ToyotaGuy1971 all probation and and corrections are for profit. You have to pay to be on probation.
They press on certain people when they're close to release or being discharged from probation. There's counties that say you can't get off probation till you pay all your restitution, which is illegal and against people's rights.
I love how cops always say we’re “the big fans of human rights “..Not..!!!
Rogue is one of the big dawgs in the auditing world. Few can match his knowledge of the law and ability to stand up to egotistical, ignorant, power trippin’ cops.
Awesome! I’m new to your channel and it’s great to see an ex officer stand up for our rights and help educate.
Nothing confuses cops more than lawful information; nothing irks cops more than a person knowing the law and exercising their legal rights.
When your police is allowed to do retaliation on you with zero consequences, you are living in a police state.
Omg. A call doesn't mean ras. Cops know that and hope you dont
Exactly
The supervisor; we’re your biggest supporter.
Same supervisor; minutes before, I need to see your ID.
They really expect you're right don't they when the first thing you do is demand ID ‼️👮🤮☠️
The fact that 4 units rolled up on this call is astonishing - must have been a REALLY slow day.
This is the best channel about bad cops (right after San Juaquine). This guy speaks with authority and makes consistently intelligent points. THIS guy would make a GREAT lawyer. Do it boss

"we're not TRYING to infringe on anyone's rights" after TRYING to infringe on his rights. 7:29
Cop said I’m the biggest advocate for your rights, Ahahahahah!! Right after he tried desperately to violate them. Just pathetic!! America needs protection from the police.
Yeah, LEOs often quote "reasonable suspicion" but rarely "a crime." I love PA. No ID law. They can't force ID at any time.
Ha, ha, ha. I loved it when somebody said, "I know my rights." I would respond, I know your rights better than you do."
I like how some cops be like "so you just like recording public places/buildings?" they don't actually care, they're just trying to be a smart ass and to demean the auditor
And they always have to give one last directive... Even though you've done nothing wrong.
That cop really said they're the biggest advocates for people's rights! No way did he just lie through his teeth like that. Talk about an ignorant hypocrite 🙄
He flipped his attitude immediately, and the younger officer seems like he understands what's going on and ask for his card
He's being way too friendly to the guys who wanted to violate his rights.
Then the copslaining and directives at the end; once again using the "reasonable suspicion" phrase as a meaningless buzzword.
Way too friendly. Interesting. He is facing people who are likely to arrest him for disorderly conduct or breaching the peace just for standing up for his rights and you from the complete safety of your home think he is at fault. Incredible.
This overly friendly response from Rogue irritates the hell out of me. Imagine how Press NH Now would have tore those cops a new one.
I love the way u handling the situation, calm knowledgeable and stand to ur rights
"He's legit. He's good to go." That means they want to "run you" through the database. They probably followed him around trying to see if they could pull him over to get his ID.
They already effectively ID'd him by getting him to tell them his youtube channel. 100% chance that went into the report.
The cop said more than once that when we get a call... that gives us a RIGHT to identify you!! WTH??
Yes, know your Rights, but what I do not understand why it took 4 Cops to come out for this One Man! They have nothing to do?
Great job educating and spreading the word. You are doing the public and the police a service.
You are doing important work for this country!
Would like to see someone on camera ask the police if they can verify that there was a 911 phone call recorded to dispatch, a radio call place by their dispatch that's recorded and information on the CAD about the people they "get a call" about. That's admissible in court.
Good job putting cops in their place
The fact this officer tries to justify his actions by saying they just want to know who he is so if they get more calls they can say he's ok is an excellent example of what is wrong with the state of policing. It shows they don't investigate crimes, they investigate people. If you get more calles tell them the activity is legal.
The sad fact is, cops CAN, but are not suppose to, break any rule they want to, make you do something you know isn't right and can make you fight in court to prove you were correct and they were incorrect. If you are even allowed to or have the opportunity to try or able to prove you are correct. The idea that it can all go the wrong way using all the correct methods of doing the right thing is a terrible reality.
and nothing is done to repair, to insure it is not repeated
Ending qualified immunity would do wonders. Make each officer carry insurance just like doctors. Don't have the public pay for their mistakes.
Good luck proving your innocence & the police broke the law
Ooh I love this comment
You are right. People often say just follow what the cops say and deal with it in court. BUT, you have pay a lot of money, take a lot of time, and then hope that the jury will follow the evidence. Good luck with that. There is a reason we have so many folks in prison who do not belong there.
That’s awesome. More cops are going to be forced to change or forced out because of all you amazing people helping us. Thank you
That cop said "We're probably the biggest supporters of people's rights." 😐
Upon hearing that obvious lie, I nearly shat myself.
So We The People University how do you explain states that have stop and ID laws? How are they getting around the supreme Court?
Well this police officer almost made it 30 seconds without lying. I think the record may be minute or two.
That cop at the back rocking from side to side. He's the one who wanted to violate your rights.
I love this channel. Thanks for doing what you do!
I learn a lot from this channel. So if you’re reading this, thank you so much and God bless you.
It felt strange seeing cops not having a fit and remaining calm when they were given facts
Along with remaining calm they also remained stupid and continued giving bullshit directives.
Auditor; “ why can’t I record here?”
Probation officer; “ because i said so!”
😂
He's obviously used to talking to kids and people on probation who are careful not to challenge "authority" figures. Hilarity ensues when they come up against auditors who know their rights. There was a Johnny Five o video where when the probation officer asked Johnny if he was on parole, Johnny responded with "is your mom on parole"? Hilarious!

He just admitted to the systemic violation of constitutional rights!!!!
“We’re probably the biggest supporters of peoples rights” ugh legit that made me cringe so hard. I get tired of hearing this from officers 9/10 you’re purposely miss representing the law in order to violate peoples rights. These officers kept a calm demeanor but for ever one of those “calm” officers on scene there are probably 20 more in there department who’s not
Its too bad they have went so far now with these lies the public will never be able to trust and depend on them ever again. They really shouldnt train people like this and create this animosity and Im not sure why they think its a good idea.
They are only calm until you step on their ego too hard.
Dude my sister hates that I watch these videos.... Even tho she's been arrested alot and she hates cops but apparently she hates constitutional audits more cause she thinks anyone standing for her rights is an idiot. I stand strong and she always belittled me but hey I've never got arrested and I've never let a cop talk to me when they shouldn't.
